My son as well as a friend recommended this coffee maker so I knew it had to be good. It didn't let me down. No more burnt coffee. The thermal carafe keeps it hot and fresh-tasting for hours. I can program it the night before and wake up and smell the coffee.

I really like this coffee maker! The removable water reservoir makes it really nice and easy to get the water ready. Instead of having to fill the carafe and pour the water in, all you do is take the reservoir off the side and take it to the sink and fill it. It's a cinch! No more dripping water everywhere like with every other coffee maker! I also really like the fact that the compartment that you put the coffee filter and grounds in is completely enclosed. So even if you put too much coffee in it, it does not overflow and make a mess! Genius! Also the sealed metal carafe is very convenient. You just have to push a button on the handle to pour your coffee. When I am done brewing and I pour my cup I just pop the carafe into the fridge. The coffee stays fresh for days like this! Love it!

Excellent coffeemaker! Easy to use, makes a great and hot cup of coffee.

Love being able to program it the night before and wake up to coffee. It doesn't have a warmer plate so it doesn't scald the coffee like my old one used to. The double-wall carafe keeps the coffee hot for a few hours, but not so hot you can't drink it. With my old coffee maker I would have to let it sit for a few minutes before drinking. Overall, it was a good purchase.

Easy to use and clean, the coffee, taste delicious.

We are njoying this coffe maker. There is a timer and you can set up at night to brew in the morning. There is a filter for water. Coffee stays hot in the pot for a long time. Only down side is the coffee pot lets out the coffee slowly. Overall great!

Coffee now days is bitter just thought it was the pot. got me some Organic coffee, it was the coffee no heartburn since switching to Organic and the Optimal brew. coffee stays hot all-day and tastes great. Love this coffee maker had one previously, gave this one to one of my kids. Makes great coffee and carafe keeps coffee hot for hours without that burnt taste you get when it sits cooking on a hot plate

This coffee maker has everything a coffee aficionado requires, Removable water reservoir, chlorine neutralizing filter, metal carafe, brewing delay timer, cleaning cycle and reasonable length electric cord. Every time I brew coffee my expectations are always fulfilled.

Coffee tastes great and the decanter keeps it hot for well over an hour. The only drawback is an occasional drop or two of water that leaks onto the counter when brewing. It's probably related to the charcoal filter on top of the filter basket. However, it wouldn't keep me from buying another one.

I wanted a Coffee maker that matched my Stainless Steel appliances and seen this one. I love the style! It brews a whole pot in 2-3 minutes and the thermos pot keeps it nice and hot for up to 2hrs, and it beeps to let you know when its reached the 2 hour mark! I've had it for over a month now and brew coffee twice daily and still works like the first time! I would recommend buying this!!

Over the years I have enjoyed a series of Mr. Coffee makers…As I needed a new coffee maker, I found this one at Best Buy. It is the very best of all my previous coffee makers…brews quickly…!

I needed a new coffee maker that didn't take forever to brew a pot of coffee. This coffee maker is super fast and I like that it doesn't have a hot plate to keep the coffee hot and instead has an insulated thermos type pot. The carbon filter is also very nice and works great. Very happy with this purchase!
