Absolutely love this! We had one in a vacation rental this year, my husband would not stop talking about it. So I got him one for his birthday, he was making coffee at 9 pm that night! I love how hot the coffee stays without burning, and the freshness timer is very nice.

My purchase will be stored until my current Mr Coffee of the same design wears out. (Hasn’t happened yet). I wouldn’t want any other style and don’t want to be a day without it. Simple to use, no sloppy water dripping, convenient coffee basket,fast brewing, right into the carafe to be enjoyed most of the day. A great design.

This is the second one we have purchased. Wore out the first. It makes good coffee, timer feature is nice, reminds you when it needs cleaning and best of all, no burned coffee. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. Overall great coffee maker at a nice price.

Very satisfied - I’ve had other carafe makers with multiple problems. This unit has given no trouble at all. Would buy it again.

Love this coffee maker had one at home had to buy another for the office love that it’s a thermos don’t have to worry about it going empty & burning the bottom of the pot. No need for auto shut off, it don’t have a heating plate .

I would recommend this product to anybody who asks my opinion. The Coffeemaker exceeded my expectations.

Because of the price we really debated this purchase. However, we love this pot. We drink a lot of coffee here and it fits our needs. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for up to two hours. We like the fact that there is nothing hot on the counter.

Have only had this for about a week, but loving it so far! Like that the reservoir comes off for cleaning & is also very easy to fill. Wish the basket stay in or attached somehow to make it a little easier for adding the filter/coffee. Not terrible tho. The carafe fits presets snug & is definitely different from other coffee pots we’ve had in the past. A minor deal, but actually prefer the cleanser look of this & that it’s easier for wiping up drips or messes. Yes, this does pour a little slower than about every pot out there, but it’s not terrible. If in a huge hurry to get my caffeine I just take the lid off & pour without it. Overall, love the look & features of this coffee maker. Also does what it was designed for…making a great cup of coffee!

Had this model before and I expect this unit to last for a number of years. Being thermal you get hot coffee for two to three hours. Never burnt or stale. Even cold it still taste good.

This coffee maker is everything as advertised. Easy straight forward operating and maintenance instructions. Brews a fantastic pot of coffee that can be ready whenever you want it. I love the clear bright easy to read screen that makes programming fast and easy. The removable fill tank is convenient. 5 stars easy.

We had a Mr. Coffee forever. It had an almost unbreakable carafe . The hard water finally killed it so we bought this one and are very pleased with it and the thermal carafe.

I bought this coffee maker to replace my Mr. Coffee maker. Had my last one for 11 years. I wanted another one similar with the insulated carafe. So I found this one. It keeps our coffee hot for at least 5 hours. You never get that burnt tast. I would recommend this coffee maker to anyone.

so far so good! i was expecting this product to be as heavy as what some of the review says, but i totally disagree. i think it’s just right plus it keeps my coffee warm for hours! best coffeemaker i’ve ever had so far

Coffee maker looks clean, sleek and modern in our kitchen. It matches our appliances. The coffee stays hot a long time in the insulated pot. The taste is great due to the extra filter. We considered a very expensive coffee maker and are very happy we saved our money and went with this unit.
