This is my third purchase of this model over the past 10 years. the coffee pot works well and last about 3.5 to 4 yrs when making coffee twice a day. keeps coffee hot & no burnt taste.

Purchased 5 months ago and it was working great. Now the carafe is seperating between the stainless steel and black plastic upper portion. Coffee is spilling everywhere. The need to make a sold stainless steal carafe.

so far so good, i read and watched a lot of review videos and this is a top 5 coffee maker.

Love the thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for a long time unlike other coffee makers that keep reheating which makes coffee bitter...

I had this exact coffee maker before. Lasted me a long time but when it finally broke down I had a hard time finding one I was happy with until I checked Best Buy on line. It's only a 10 cup though. Perfect for me. Keeps coffee hot for 2 hours!!!

Never break that carafe again. Steel rocks and this is the best coffee maker. Notwithstanding the price was lower than less quality offerings.

I love that the coffee pot is stainless steel. I’ve had a problem in the past with roommates breaking the coffee pot. This one will not break :-) the coffee pot looks durable and has all the features I need to set the piot for the next day to brew. I highly recommend

I love these coffee makers. I OWN 4! They are fast brewing and reliable. Stainless is nice. Thermo pot is awesome. Nice display and interface.

I love this coffeemaker. The nicest feature is not needing a warming plate like on most glass pot coffee makers. The pot holds heat for hours, saving lots of energy just keeping your coffee warm.

I had the same coffee maker for 6 years and bought a new one same model it makes coffee in 7 minutes and it stays warm for over a hour in insulated pot, no heated burner to keep it warm. This keeps the coffee fresh longer.

Makes good coffee, easy to set up, no adjustments to make and result is always the same.

This is my second Mr. Coffee with Thermal Carafe purchase. As my first was worn out, I shopped around and nothing else compares to the convenience of the thermal carafe keeping your coffee warm and not burning it, delayed brew, and clean modern design. CAUTION: The only issue I have is you MUST make sure that the carafe is completely empty when brewing or you'll wake up with coffee flowing everywhere! The new version has "touch free" controls that are pretty cool too.

This coffee maker is a HUGE step up for me by way of coffee makers and I must say that I love this product. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but it is feature rich beyond what I could have hoped for; especially at this price range.

This coffee maker does make good and sometimes great coffee. The thermal pot is one reason for my choosing this model. It does not always brew at the same temperature as described and the water filters are pricey.

We like stronger coffee and wanted one with a carafe. This one was the best reviewed of the ones under 100 and rightfully so. Makes hot coffee, and keeps it warm. The cover to the water is not attached and the fillter pulls out the side not front, which means you need some space on the right of the unit.

Works great, very fast brewing and actually uses less coffee than are old one of the same model, makes a quick strong brew and very easy to use

We were replacing a 17yr old MrCoffee, and so far the new one is just as good. Most of our friends tell us that we make great coffee when they come to visit, a good and reliable coffeemaker is key.

I'd never owned a thermal carafe until now, and I will never go back. This thing keeps coffee hot for hours! I can make a pot in the morning and it's nice and hot for the morning. I can come home 12 hours later, and there's still pretty warm coffee in the pot.

I replaced my Mr Coffee maker that was 15 years old and was very happy to be able to replace it with the same make and model. I was pleasantly surprised that this was available and in stock at Best Buy. A great coffee maker at a great price.

So far I've had no problems with this coffee maker. The carafe pours quite slowly, which is annoying but not a major issue. So far the carafe keeps the coffee hot for at least 4 hours. I imagine that will degrade over time (based on my previous experience with thermal carafes), but so far so good. I like the water filter option, but my filter disintegrated after a couple weeks of use. The coffee tastes fine without it, so I'll forgo the extra aggravation of buying and using the filters.
