I have bought 2 of these so far. The first one lasted over 5 years. And now I anticipate the same for the second. The coffee stays hot for around 5 hours after brewed. You won't regret buying this coffee maker.

I really like this coffee maker after the first month of use. It brews great coffee pretty quickly. I would definitely follow the recommended coffee quantities to get your coffee tasting right.

This is the second one I have purchased, for work and I love them. I work in a prison and the thermal carafes keep our coffee perfect. The second pot was a gift to the staff and they loved it. thank you

I bought a second one of these after my first one died after eight years of faithful service. It's easy to program to brew coffee ahead of time. I always wake up to a freshly-brewed cup and have never been let down. I don't bother with the water filter option, but the top of that easily pops off. Every couple of months, I drop in a dishwasher tab and pour hot water into the carafe to remove the coffee residue. The "clean" indicator has served me well too. It has everything you need and no frills beyond that.

Unit is working fine and the Thermal Cannister keeps coffee warm for hours. They should have provided more filters with unit, but so far so good.

We have owned several coffee makers before this one, but when the last one suddenly died, I had to rush to find a new one, at a time when inventories were low. Obviously taste is most important, and we are happy with the results, but we are also pleased to get our coffee in 7 minutes (vs 25 for the previous one). It can use disposable filters, but we bought a permanent one, which takes a little more time to empty & clean than the previous one. The pour spout in smaller than the previous one, thus takes longer to fill the cup (seconds are precious for that 1st morning cup!

Brews great tasting coffee quickly and keeps it hot and fresh without burning much longer than traditional drip makers. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot and the aroma lock system works well, but don't expect it to taste freshly brewed after an hour or so. (It's still drinkable, though.) The maker appears large, but takes up the same amount of counter space as any other Mr. Coffee and the sleek design fits with any modern kitchen. Like most Mr. Coffee makers it includes one water filter to improve the flavor of your tap, but if you use bottled or filtered water you probably won't need it.

We needed a new coffeepot and my hubby wanted one where the carafe would keep the coffee hot. He found this model and we purchased it. This coffee pot is great. It is super easy to use, the coffee brews really fast and the pot does keep the coffee warm.

Coming from traditional burner coffee makers, this is a nice change of pace. The carafe is nice, and the brewer gets the coffee hot. Best part is how quickly the coffee maker get brews.

Instead of keeping a hot pot, the coffee stays hot inside of the coffee tin. The heads up display lets you know how long ago the coffee was last brewed. Energy efficient and good coffee maker. I would absolutely recommend.

The carafe is awesome - keeps coffee at the perfect temperature for hours. One star lost because loading and unloading the filter and coffee is really awkward.

Great appearance but there is a bit of trouble you need to work through to get the coffee to sit in the filter properly. Overall a good product though.

Replacement after previous model of same coffee pot started leaking after 9 years. Hope this one lasts that long. Consistent great tasting coffee

I enjoy the ability this coffee maker provides in keeping the coffee fresh and not burnt tasting. Its a consistent cup all the way down till the Carafe is empty. I highly recommend it.

i didnt want the glass pot and i didnt want k-cup system. this system is easy to use. easy to clean and it makes ten cups of hot coffee in about 8 minutes. and with this system if you like strong coffee it can make it without the burnt taste like other systems. A+ mr coffee

Coffee stays hot for hours. Very surprised at that. A little clunky in terms of how you put in the grounds, but for the price, it's quite good.
