I love it. You can set it to be ready when you wake up. I love the stainless steel carafe(it does not get hot) but the coffee inside is good and hot.

Works like a dream. I have a water softener so I reuse the filter multiple times

Quite frankly the best simple coffee maker you can find. Programmable, easy-to-use and efficient. This is much better than the single-use pod-makers I had been using.

Was so glad to find this coffee maker with the thermal carafe for a replacement for the one that "died." Appreciate the thermal keeping the coffee much warmer than glass.

Broke the glass pot on old Mr Coffee so saw this one with the stainless steel. Really keeps my coffee hot. One bad part can’t reheat it in the microwave.

Had nearly everything we were looking for at half the cost of similar models. Really like the removable water container and the thermal carafe. Pours a little slow but very minor compared to the benefit of the features.

Me & my family love this coffee machine, very nice and it brews coffee real fast. The only thing is the water filter, it's not good quality!

While I am generally pleased w/the product there are just a few things I wish were different. 1. The general size of theunit is much larger than I would like, takes up a lot of counter space, 2. The side you add the water is on the left side of the unit. This might not be a problem for some but that side butts up to either a wall or over the end of the counter making adding the water a challenge, 3. The weight of the carafe which is not glass is heavier than I thought. Other than that, it is a nice product.

I like my coffee hot and this coffee maker doesn't disappoint, the coffee stays hot in the carafe and is easy to use when having guests that you don't want to get near a hot glass carafe.

I love this coffee make it is so easy to use . I feel it is safe. So convenient with a tray that removes for coffee and a tray that removes for water.

Mr. Coffee is a solid brand, I've never had a problem with them. They only get replaced due to age, not malfunction. I really like that this one keeps the coffee piping hot for two hours without burning it. Definitely recommend!

Purchased this because I was tired of accidentally breaking the glass carafe so often, lol. But, turns out, this makes some great coffee along with a perfect thermal stainless steel vacuum-insulated carafe.

Exactly what I was looking for. Really like that the water reservoir detaches to make it easy to fill. Very simple interface that's easy to program. Keeps Coffee warm and fresh well past the fresh meter on the display after brewing.

The carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long time. The water reservoir is easy to remove and use and the carafe is not needed to fill water.

This coffee maker is great, the kraf keeps your coffee hot for hours, without a heater. Bought this one to replace one that is 5 years old. The only issue with my new one was the lid was broke when I opened the box.
