I got it because of the insulated carafe, which keeps the coffee fresher. My only complaints are that the carafe drips when pouring and there is only one water filter included, though it apparently needs to be replaced monthly.

I’m an RN and I run on coffee so I need a machine that can keep up. My only issue with it is that there is no way to prolong the heating feature. My other coffee makers would have a button to “stay warm” but this one doesn’t. It shuts off after 3hrs. Other than that, it’s awesome.

The new one has noticeable improvements -- brighter display, touch controls instead of buttons, and the carafe keeps the coffee warm far longer than my previous one. Hopefully it will hold up...
