Just dislike the little extra filter that sits in top of main basket. Not really very clean, IMHO, & potential mold build up. Also, makes it more difficult to empty. But minor. Overall, very happy. *Need a "maybe" choice in that next question @ recommending or not. More accurate selection

I love the carafe because it keeps coiffed hot without giving it that burnt taste like when a glass pot is sitting on the hot pad! And lastly ie has a time that counts forward for 2hours . Then the alarm beeps so you know how long ago you made the last pot of coffee.

The only flaw to me is the standing water in the filter basket it does not drain that water all the way. So when u go to get the coffee filter out to dispose of you make a big mess. Other than that it’s a quiet fast brewing coffee maker.
