Easy and Great Machine

The carafe keeps coffee hot for a good amount of time (over one hour that I've tested so far) and allows me to make a brew ahead of time instead of waiting. The only qualm would be the coffee area where my filters sometimes "squish" down and coffee grains get into the brew.

It's not bad...

This one brews faster but doesn't seem like it holds the heat like the older 12-cup sister we have been using for almost 7 years now. We will see how long this one lasts...have a feeling I should have went with a different brand though...

It was an open box item. The young lady who assisted me was polite, thoughtful and professional. I enjoy using Mr. Coffee - Optimal Brew - 10 Cup Coffee Maker. I rated it 4 stars because I am unable to locate filters.
