The lid of the water container is not attached in any way, shape, or form. Makes it feel kind of cheep. Thermos works well though and keeps the coffee warm.

Great Carafe, so so coffee maker

The carafe is great, however the maker itself is just fair. There is no built in filter and the water and coffee filter chambers are not easily accessible. The lid for the water container is not attached and therefore easy to lose.

Coffee Carafe Leaks

Keeps coffee hot
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had 5 of these coffee makers over many years & I am not happ that the top piece comes off on where you put the h2o in. they used to be attached where it would slide up. I really miss that feature. Also after about 1 year I have had problems with 3 of my Mr. Coffee units because they start leaking water from bottom of the base underneath. I wish they would correct these a2 issues & I would rate it higher. Hopefully someone is listening that can make a change & make them better because I would love to recommend this to friends & family.. but will not until changes are made."0

Nice looking leaky coffee pot
