Reservoir access from top lid or pulls out from the side. Coffee basket pulls out on the right side. So the entire unit demands side acess counterspace. Brews very fast. Double walled carafe keeps coffee warm for about 15 to 20 min.

Purchased at Best Buy L.I. The item was a obvious repacked item. Mentioned to the girl I picked it from and although she was very nice, could not help me. Pot made a terrible tasting coffee for three days, and the carafe leaked coffee after a week. All reviews I read warned of this...this is my second pot of this nature, (first one quit after 14 months) company told me it was too late. Took the filter holder from old pot and it made a good cup of coffee. Tried to email a complaint to Best Buy after filling out a survey they asked me to take, after wasting 20 minutes doing the survey, one of the last questions was how much money do you earn, and you cannot move foward if you dont answer...needless to say I trashed their survey and decided it to be the last time I do business with Best Buy! Imagine the nerve...how much money do you make...that is intestinal fortitude! No Best Buy!

I find this to be a great coffee maker. Love this.

Makes the best tasting coffee that you can at home. Nothing fancy. The water filtration disks purify the water before it goes through the coffee beans. Resulting in a great brew. Only draw back is that the display doesn’t always show up properly. Can be hard to read.

Purchased this coffee maker for a small break room. Love the stainless thermal unbreakable carafe a big plus! Keeps coffee plenty hot. Very simple and easy to use, anyone can make the coffee when cups get low. Didn't need the top dollar maker, this gets the job done just fine.

This coffee maker is great. The only thing I don't like is the high-pitched, piercing sound when the coffee is ready and when it turns off.

Our old vaccum was on its last leg it was time for a new one . so off to best buy . it was easy with the sales guy . i just had shoulder surgery it said no problem and he brought to the front and even loaded in to our jeep

Needed a new coffeemaker for Husband. It is all working good, but he said it doesn't brew as strong as our old maker did. Easy set up and timer, etc...all works great...just wish it brewed stronger.
