It’s good. It fits well beneath cabinets in our kitchen. The little detachable part where you place the water makes it versatile.

It works as it supposed to but a big downside is the carafe' does not stay hot as the burner turns off when the machine is finished brewing. The carafe' is definitely not a thermos for those reasons.

Has a great look and easy to use. It does get a little messy as you remove the pot and replace it back. Have found that using a little less water helps

Wife and kids really liked this machine, until (we assume) lightening came in during a hurricane. Of course, it never worked right again. We ended up getting a different machine, which we like better.

Love it, just wish it were a 12 cup! It is safe because the coffee maker turns off when it’s finished brewing and the hot coffee is kept hot by the carafe!

Best coffee maker ever, I have purchased a couple of these over the years and have gotten long term use from them. I wish they would continue making them, I ordered 2 to make sure I had one for future needs.

Good coffee maker. Does not need to keep coffee warm because The carafe keeps it warm. Much quieter and faster that old coffee maker.

Best coffee maker ever until it isn't. Doesn't take long before the carafe starts leaking at the seams am dripping gross old coffee from who knows where out the side all over your counter. Leaks down the side while brewing and for the $150 + that I paid for it for the 1 year I got to use it wasn't worth my money.

We drink coffee twice to 3 times a day so this machine gets plenty of use. So far no complaints, water temperature for brewing is great, the thermos stylus pot keeps the coffee hot for hours without heating. Great purchase.

Keeps Coffee Fresh and hot, Easy to use, easy to clean

Love how it keeps the coffee hot for hours. Love being able to set the brew time and hitting a brew now if you wake up early. It looks nice on our coffee bar

I love the separate water compartment that lifts off to be filled up. The coffeemaker looks great and is easy to keep looking great. The insulated coffeepot is great to keep coffee hot for hours. I like that you can adjust the settings to how long to keep the coffee on. I really love my coffeemaker!

The carafe is well insulated and definitely keeps the coffee hot. The machine is a little awkwardly configured with the coffee basket coming out to the side. But once you get accustomed to it, it’s fine. The freshness counter is also a plus!

I like my coffee pot, this is one of those item where you need to read the instructions for a perfect pot.

This coffee maker has been fantastic. Some complained of leaking but the only time this has happened is when something wasn’t put all the way together before brewing. Have had about a year now and very happy with my purchase so far.

This coffeemaker was a great upgrade for my dad'd basic coffee maker. He usually drinks a whole pot on the weekends. The thermal carafe allows him to bring it with him to the table just like at breakfast restaurants while keeping it nice and hot. It's definitely something he appreciates.

We purchased this coffee pot because of the Thermal carafe. We have slate floors and if we dropped a glass one that would be all she wrote. The Thermal Carafe keeps the coffee warm for hours. It is perfect for my husband and I.
