This is the third one of these coffee makers I have owned. They have been excellent until this last one. From the beginning the "clean" light has been on. When I called the company about it they said not to worry about it and that when I was ready to clean it it would rectify itself. Not only did that not happen but the clean function did not work at all I have been just cleaning it with vinegar and water manually, but it really irks me that it won't work and now it is becoming difficult to even operate the brew function. I get no help from the company at all. It is sad because this was always the perfect pot for my husband and I. I have bought a small pot as an alternative.

So far so good Ask me this time next year A second carafe would be nice
