The small piece that stops the process so you can get a quick cup broke off. Filter wears out in quickly with repeated rinses. Water reservoir is awkward to load. Too many parts to the basket Significant amount of oily resdue on the basket lid parts after brewing. Carafe must be carefully aligned with the machine. Small amount of water or coffee pools under right side of machine.

nothing but trouble from the start
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.permanent filter jammed up causing grounds and water to spill out onto counter and into carafe. spring loaded valve at bottom of the drawer holding the filter broke off when trying to clean the grounds from the filter rendering the maker useless. had to return to store for a different make and model
