first had ninja coffee maker that broke down twice, got this coffee maker very poor design cumbersome use every day returned it and now have Hamilton beach

Will return as soon as I get a chance. Water does not go through the filter properly resulting with only a small portion of grounds used. Coffee comes out horrible. Looking further into it, there have been many other people with this complaint. Why would they even keep it for sale with this defect???

Unit works as advertised but pot will cool down after only an hour and found not being able to see amount left is aggravating

Coffee is hot but no flavor . I do not recommend this coffee maker .

Liked our previous coffee maker- wore it out I think. Thought ordering another if same model etc was best. This one heats like it is 3 yrs old

It is very simple to use. That is the good part. But the other side is that I wish it has little bit more options. All in all not bad.

the craft doesnt keep it hot for very long, not what i expected. not happy with it , went back to my k cups like it much better

Have purchased two of these in the past two years. I have ultimately had issues with the machines leaking inexplicably on my counters. After having this happen several times, decided to opt for a better machine. The carafe does keep the coffee hot though.

Even though the coffee tastes great after less than one year the display light went out and started leaking.

If you like your coffee luke warm I would recommend. If not do not buy. I had to warm my milk to keep the coffee hot.

It does the job but it does not make a top notch cup of joe, their 1/2 the price unit does same job of brewing coffee.

The carafe leaks when it reaches the line where plastic meets metals when the coffee is brewing and when pouring. Thought I was seeing things and made a second pot, nope, it leaks. Wanted to return but after calling Mr Coffee customer service, I learned this is a known problem. A solid metal carafe design would've eliminated this issue. Too bad. As for my return with Best Buy, it went smoothly, 5-Star Customer Service. Wound up getting a pretty plain Mr Coffee Quick Brew, glass carafe, very happy with it.

overall nice machine, however very basic.. the product descript mentioned that you can control flavors, as well as brewing strength, false - you cannot do either or. all the buttons on the front are all very basic buttons for the clock and start timer... a lot cooler/fancier ones out there.. wish I would have shopped around more... whatever

Worked great for the first week then coffee stopped comeing out as hot. If u want hot hot coffee this is not for u

Does not keep coffee warm at all. Not pleased with it and replaced with another brand almost immediately

Nice design, but the hot water to make coffee is not enough to release the flavor and that's the reason I returned it. A $10 coffee maker makes enough hot water so your coffee smells and tastes like coffee.

Coffee does not stay warm. It is not a Very good thermal carafe

Brew just fine . But the display not viewed clearly. Not able to set brew time.

Caption says "Stainless Steel/Black". This is misleading. Only the front has a steel veneer; the rest of it is plastic. I was misled into believing the black is also steel. If you look at the specifications, it says it is NOT BPA free plastic. I cannot believe a manufacturer like Mr Coffee does not use BPA free plastic. If you go to their website and search for "BPA", there are zero results - this means they don't even care for BPA - unlike most other manufacturers. I will return this unused.
