Sometimes the center coffee grounds are dry, not sure how. Carafe isn't the easiest to clean.

I have always bought Mr. Coffee brand coffee brewers, but I returned this one. This is a first time. After pulling it out of the box I just decided that it was not really worth the price. I opted for another model of the brand for much less and it works just fine.

Looks good when u open it. Being a mr coffee fan i was exited, but when i started the coffee it leaked everywhere. Thought i did something wrong and reread the instructions blaming myself the whole time. NOPE!!!! Coffee pot is a bust. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOU MONEY. No matter how many pots i tried it ALWAYS leaked.

Leaked immediately with first use. Purchased and cleaned thoroughly. Ran water through to clean. Made a pot and all seemed well. Set timer and awoke to a pot of coffee but also water on my counter. Checked and made sure we were operating by the instructions. Everything was set up correctly. Tried two more days and the coffee make still leaked.

Ordered online as a gift and leaks while brewing. Can't seem to fix the leak.

The pot is amazing as in keeping things hot but huge mess to pour in cup. Doesn’t have a normal lid. Grains get in coffee even after cleaning it.

had to return this it was faulty right out of the box. Have had 2 of these and each time the back lighting went out on it shortly after purchase. So bought a different brand after this one was warped up right out of the box.

I've had Mr. Coffee machines and expected a whole lot better! Not hot, not good coffee . . . how much less could you expect from a coffee machine?!

The carafe did not keep the coffee warm for hours... more like 20 mins. Grinds end up all over the brew basket and make their way into the carafe.

Cannot get coffee to be strong; despite increasing amounts of coffee. Something seems off with the filtering.

Terrible, didn't heat up coffee properly so we had to microwave it afterwards to enjoy.

The carafe leaked form the seams on day one. It also made a leakey mess when brewing coffee.

Returned. Plastic lid where water filter was supposed to go, could not be opened. Returned the unit.

I got this for Christmas and it leaked really bad from underneath so I exchanged it for the exact same one. The 2nd one leaked from the carafe where the plastic and stainless steel met on it. Usually this brand is great but definitely not this model especially for the price.

Unit leaked. Returned it for refund. Purchased Bunn brand.

I've had two of these now, and both have consistently leaked at the juncture between the coffee pot carafe and the filter case where the coffee drains out of. Multiple efforts made with various filters to correct the deficiency. Finally I just threw it in the trash can.

It is TERRIBLE! After one week of use it stated leaking. I tried to get help from the customer service and it was impossible to get through or get any help. I’ve ordered another coffee maker hoping it works better! I will never purchase another Mr. Coffee product again

Water tank leaked immediately. Didn't even get to use it one time. There's a spring loaded valve at the bottom of the water holding tank that would not make a seal and dribbled all over no matter if the tank was out of the machine or in the machine.

I’m a former barista, with over 25 years of coffee brewing experience, and this coffee machine has a MAJOR design flaw. The filter over flows, and leaks coffee/water/AND grinds all over your kitchen, or which ever room this machine is in... hopefully the bathroom, because this coffee maker is a complete waste!

This coffee pot did not last 1 year. The clean coffee pot light was illuminated one month after purchase, after cleaning coffee pot the light stayed on. Seven months later coffee pot would not brew a whole pot of coffee. Please don’t waste your money on this.
