I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I am coming to your store TODAY! This coffee pot is falling apart already. I am not happy!

I like being able to remove the coffee basket for thorough cleaning. Even 3 hours after brewing, the insulated carafe kept the coffee hot. The rapid brewing does require using just a bit more coffee grounds but well worth the trade off. I had read a number of reviews commenting about the bit of water remaining in the reservoir after brewing; but I expect that is the case with all coffee makers -- with this one, you can see the remaining water. However, the reservoir is easily removed for draining those fews drops and for ease of filling. The only downside so far is that the charcoal water filters are very difficult to find. In fact, today I chased all over town, made 4 stops and still couldn't find them. The filters are available through Mr. Coffee but it appears they cost more than twice what I paid for filters when I purchased the machine. .

Got this expecting extra hot coffee. It was a big disappointment. Coffee brewed pretty hot but quickly cooled off.

I love everything about this coffee maker. I bought it so my coffee maker would match all of the new stainless steel appliances I bout at Best Buy recently (plus my old one died two days after appliances went in.) It brews super fast, the coffee actually tastes better, the carafe keeps the coffee fresh and hot for hours! I love how the water reservoir lifts out so that I don't have to pull the whole machine out from under the cabinet just to fill with water. I love the side load coffee filter for the same reason. It's sleek and attractive. It's quiet. It cleans so easily.

I am somewhat of a coffee snob, so when I needed a new coffee maker for the morning coffee and company, I got a good deal with rewards points on this one. To my surprise, it works better than I expected! It keeps my coffee warm almost all day without burning it to death. The last cup in the afternoon is as good as the first one in the morning!

Not happy that you can not keep the coffee warm after 2 hours because it automatically shuts off after 2 hours.

Zero stars, decanter leaks, third one. Pretty disappointed.

Can’t open to clean good , so you end up with mold

I've had this pot for over 4 years now and I still love it. Never had a single problem with it aside from the somewhat slow pouring spout which I believe has been updated in newer models. The coffee stays hot for hours after brewing without a hot plate due to the carafe. The carafe also allows you to take the pot with you and refill your coffee without going back to the kitchen. Never had any issues with leaking or any other problems with the unit. Currently considering buying one for the office for better coffee without the burned taste that a hot plate causes.

We are HEAVY coffee drinkers; a pot every morning during work week & several times a day on weekend. I love that coffee is made directly into themal carafe and not burning on hot plate. It saves me a step of pouring into a separate carafe and on my busy mornings that's important. Coffee is VERY hot when done brewing and the carafe keeps it hot for a long time. I'm still drinking it 2 hours later and it's still hot; no need to reheat. Also, it brews a pot very fast. I love that I can remove the water reservoir to fill; very convenient. Another reviewer mentioned the coffee filter basket doesn't sit flat on counter while filling but if you just lean the lid against your mug it sits just fine. Not a deal breaker. And the coffee tastes great.

Read the manual, set it up slowly and still NO COFFEE in the morning. Returned.

Had this coffee maker for a couple of months now and it has worked very well for me. I really like the insulated stainless steel carafe. It keeps the coffee hot for hours and is much more durable than the typical glass. It also alows me to brew coffee at my house then take it to work. Not having a burner to keep the coffee hot prevents the burnt taste and saves alot of electricity. I have read the other 2 reviews and the removable water container is a little tricky to get properly seated into the coffee maker. With a little patience I'm able to get it in place every time and it sticks up if not in place. I have not had any leaking problems.

Bought for our camper, with the carafe we dont have to worry about breaking a glass pot. Keeps coffee hot for hours and very easy to use and clean.

I purchased this coffee maker to use on the weekends (use a Keurig for daily 1-2 cup use) when we need a whole pot. This machine is great. It's relatively fast brewing, but more importantly, the coffee stays hot for many hours without getting that overcooked, been in the pot too long flavor. Because it stays hot nearly all day, we usually use the entire pot without wasting any. I highly recommend it!

First of all, I want to correct a serious misconception for this unit... It does not auto power off, as there is not heating element to power off in the first place! This unit heats the water and brews 10 cups in about 4 minutes; and deposits the coffee directly into a vacuum insulated carafe. Just like a Thermos, this keeps the coffee hot for hours without having to have an energy sucking heating plate under it. The 2hr "autooff" that gets mentioned is just a timer to let you know when the coffee is "old". Actually, rather nice. We've had hot coffee as far as 6hrs after brewing. You never have to worry about burning the coffee, and just think about the energy savings when not having to have a 600w heating element running for 2+hrs. Coffee is brewed in about the amount of time that a Bunn does. I find the coffee tastes better, and again, energy savings. A Bunn not only has the heating plate, but is always running a heating element for the reservoir to have the water ready. Add it up and this pot is $70-$80 vs $130 for a Bunn, and then your power bill is cheaper. Forget Return on Investment. It's just a return! We bought one two years ago, force replaced my mother's dead Bunn with one about 9mos ago, and I'm about to pop for one here at the office because I am sick of co-workers leaving the heater on and coming in the next morning to coffee charcoal.

I love this coffee maker, I went out looking for a thermal carafe from the start, and i was not disappointed! I love that I can brew it before getting in the shower in the morning and after being ready to go its been about an hour and the coffee still tastes just as fresh as if i grabbed it the moment it stopped brewing because there's no burner to burn the coffee and the thermal carafe keeps it warm.

Originally purchased this coffee pot in 2017. One of my Chemist friends recommended Mr. Coffee based on optimal water temperature that they are designed for. Coffee quality is excellent. Insulated carafe prevents over heated coffee. My original unit had a recall for dim LED display. Mr. Coffee promptly replaced the unit. Great support! I descale periodically and the unit just keeps on going!
