I didnt even buy this coffee maker at Best Buy but I saw it today for deal of the day and felt compelled to leave a review. GREAT coffee maker. The concept of the carafe keeping the coffee warm should be how all home coffee makers operate. This keeps coffee warm for a very long time. Also, working from home? Just bring the carafe into your home office so you don't need to leave during zoom meetings. It's glorious.

Simple interface, seamless preparation, delayed brew function, superfast brewing, coffee stays hot for hours and additional filtration improves taste.

I'm jumping the gun here since I only got it yesterday, but after two pots, I think it's very good. Yesterday I preheated the carafe and made my first pot. It was almost too hot so I had to let it cool before drinking. Also, 8 hours later it was still hot enough to drink. Today, I made a pot without preheating the carafe and 2 hours later it is still very hot. I like my coffee strong and so I use a little more coffee for each brew, however, the first pot was almost too strong using the amount of coffee I used in my previous pot, so today I used less coffee and that worked well. I suppose that if this coffee pot last long enough, the saving I get from using less coffee will pay for the pot (compared to my last coffee pot). That's being optimistic, but you get the idea. Bottom line... I think I made a good decision getting this.

So overall this is a good coffee maker, but not perfect. It was good value for money, it works well and stays hot (but not really hot) for a couple of hours. There was certainly an initial plastic taste but a few strong coffee runs through after the initial cleaning and it is a lot better now and almost undetectable (I expect it to go in another week of use). I did purchase a gold permanent filter for this too which is worth the money (really should include one). The lid over the water reservoir should really be hinged and not loose, minor but a little annoying.

Good coffee and easy purchase. We were in need a of coffee maker fast and I was able to purchase online and pick it up right away! The coffee maker works great and keeps the coffee hot even if you accidentally sleep in!

Overall I love this coffee maker. The coffee tastes so good and it stays hot for a good length of time; I like that it shuts itself off as well. Not sure about the automaic cleaning after 90 uses since I have not used it that many times yet.

I have had this coffee maker for about a month. It has taken some getting use to (not having a "hot plate"). It keeps the coffee hot. I set the timer at night and my coffee is ready when I'm ready to leave for work. The removable water reservoir is a great invention. I have had no problems with this purchase.

I like this coffee maker a lot. It keeps the coffee very hot and doesn't require it to sit on a hot plate and get bitter.

I waited several months before giving my review because I have had several coffee makers break rather quickly. This has been a great coffee maker and the taste of the coffee is noticeably better than several that I have paid more money for in the past. It has all of the normal features. I really like the water reservoir that is easily removed to be filled with water. The basket is easy to access as well. I have owned this for about four months and it has given me no problems at all. The clean light will come on when it needs to be cleaned. I don't have to try and remember when to clean the unit. This one is worth the money!!

Just one touch bottom to make coffee. Easy to use. It keeps my brew coffee warm for hours without base warmer. I wish they make a mesh basket for ground coffee so i won't keep buying coffee filters.

I got my coffee maker 2 months ago and I love it. It is very fast and easy to use. I love the fact that it has a small filter for the water, so the taste of the coffee is even better. Highly recommend it .

Hadn't ever had an insulated carafe pot before. I like having 'not scorched' coffee later in the morning. It's not terribly hot coming out in the am but hot enough for me. Seems to be well made.

This is THE one. We bought it on SALE. Secret to keeping coffee HOTTER longer is to first fill the carafe with very HOT tap water before brewing and let it stand for a few minutes. Then empty the hot water from the carafe and brew your coffee.

Nice coffee maker. Brews coffee quickly at proper temperature(around 200F). Lift-out water reservoir is nice for filling and cleaning. Vacuum insulated carafe keeps coffee hot for hours. Also, removable coffee filter cup is easy to clean and refill.

Was a gift. It makes just ok coffee, not very hot. Have to put cup in micro. But used it, it's attractive. Then the clean light came on! Cleaned as per instructions. That's it. Now it won't brew. Read many comments, tried all suggestions, but light goes on but no brew. Called 1 800 number for help but short handed because of virus. So just ordered a simple, old style Mr. Coffee with glass carafe. I think simple is good, less things to go wrong.

Coffee tastes great. Love the carafe and reservoir. HATE the standing water issue, which I discovered by accident. Now every time I finish brewing, part of my clean up process is literally to turn the machine upside down over the sink and wait until all the extra water glug glug glugs out of it. Am going to try to return it, but what a hassle. I realize every coffee pot has its issues (I spent a LOT of time researching them), but I don't recommend this product.

I wanted hot coffee. I took its temperature every morning. Close to 200 degrees. The thermos is better than their last model. The coffee stays hot for several hours. It would probably stay longer if I put hot water in prior to brewing. I'm spoiled. I want it waiting for me when I roll out of bed. Very simple and no spillage. Some folks thought the water fill lid was clumsy and flimsy but it stays open while I fill it from the sink hose. So far so good, I really like it.
