Cant kill this thing! Works as expected in a 5 person house. Only model I buy

i bought this coffee maker, cause i wanted a thermal pot, rather then a hot plate. The coffee does not stay hotter longer then a hot plate, but it tastes fresher during the 3 hours after brewing by a long shot!!!!. The coffee to me.... is pretty darn good too, i am not a fancy coffee person... but i like my coffee. For the money.... 2 thumbs up!!! WTG Mr Coffee

good coffee maker for the money. it's a little larger than my last coffee maker, but not a big problem.

I've owned this coffee maker for a month and the only problem I've found is the coffee doesn't get hot enough so you end up having just warm coffee. I love everything else about it though.

Our old pot always made a mess. Could not pour a cup without a mess. This one works great. Easy to use. Like the water tank that is removable. One feature that would be nice is a safety shut-off if the filter unit is not in place. It will pour water all over the place if you start it and the filter unit is not in. Oops.

overall this is an excellent coffee maker for daily use

We usually add an extra measure of coffee as it seems to be needed to get the strength we are used to. We've only had it a month or so, so it is too soon to say how durable this will be. So far, I see no reason to suspect that it will not be durable.

When I purchased this coffemaker, I wanted an insulated carafe. This coffeemaker's stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot for 4 hours or more. We don't drink our coffee in a rush so this is great!

Nice looking coffee maker. Brews coffee very fast. One major drawback, the coffee is not hot. If you dont pour and drink your coffee immediately after brewing the coffee is warm. I had to place the cup of coffee in the microwave to heat up. Unacceptable, will be returning.

I purchased this 16 months ago. The display was poorly lit. It has slowly gotten worse with time and now we can't make out the display time without getting very close to the display. Not covered under the 12 month warranty. When I called customer service they suggested that I purchase a new coffeemaker since it is not cover under the warranty! Prior to this we had a another brand coffeemaker that lasted 10+ years. It appears that Mr. Coffee doesn't care about the customer but just selling another coffeemaker. That's just not right!

We have been using this model coffee maker since they first came out. I believe this is number 4 and digital. We love it!

After 3 years daily use is now not making hot coffe is medium heat.

I wouldn't purchase this maker again for 2 reasons. It doesn't keep the coffee hot enough and secondly the clock isn't bright enough. The second reason may seem insignificant, but it's a huge pain during time changes when you have to change the clock and you can't see AM vs. PM. I even resorted to getting out a magnifying glass and I still couldn't see it! I program my maker daily so I need my clock!

This coffee maker was working great for about 6 months or so. Now when we brew we have to place a towel underneath the machine. Otherwise it will leak all over the counter which is pretty frustrating. Not sure if the leaking is coming from the reservoir or what. Also, the carafe tends to leak quite a bit which can lead to unwanted drips and pooling underneath. I don't think there is a fix for the leaking so this machine will probably go in the trash soon.

For nearly a hundred bucks, you'd expect a decent cup of coffee on a Sunday morning, NOT a leaky mess all over your countertop. This product FAILED Miserably, right from the get go. Leaked repeatedly, as many had stated before me. I was hoping for a better result, or an upgraded unit. Didn't happen. I called customer service. EXCELLENT Customer Service ! They sent me out a new, higher priced model, but unfortunately, it forces the water through the coffee so fast, you get hot, brown water, and not coffee. Also, sediment ( coffee grounds ) go right through the "Gold Filter". Repeated tries, same thing. I'm DONE with Mr. Coffee. Working on a refund at this point. Bad product. My 30.00 Black & Decker Coffee maker is a MUCH BETTER product than either of these peices of JUNK. Kudos though, to very nice Customer Service, very helpful people.

after its finished brewing look at the basket you will see that it hasn't brewed all of the coffee grounds like its suppose to Thermal keeps it hot for a long while Pros:FAST Cons: does not brew 100% of the grounds

Makes a good cup of coffee BUT the clean light won't go off, even after 4 cleanings! Read reviews elsewhere. This is a problem Mr. Coffee knows about and refuses to fix.

It’s a good maker but the carafe leaks during brew and when pouring . It’s a bit messy
