Love it and it will be a great laptop for college and for running autocad in college.

I've had this laptop for about a week, and I've run into little problems, said issues being the keyboard sometimes sticking on the same RGB setting, requiring a restart, and the fact that if I use the laptop on my lap, as the name implies, the air intakes are blocked by my thighs. As long as you aren't doing anything highly strenuous with the laptop on your lap, you shouldn't have that issue.

This PC is great for gaming. have had no issues with it handling my computer needs.

Its the perfect amount of high end components with a decent base price. usually I'm very skeptical of buying a gaming laptop, I prefer having a desktop, but this was the perfect mix for me to take to school and also be free to play all the games I wanted to without having to sacrifice quality. The laptop is very sturdy, no plastic and I am very happy with my purchase!

I absolutely love this laptop. I have been a gamer my entire life and I've just recently become introduced to PC gaming. I have really enjoyed the quality of the MSI laptop. The design of the laptop being so slim and lightweight is a major advantage when using the laptop for work related tasks. MSI is a great brand that I would recommend and I certainly plan on purchasing an MSI desktop PC

I purchased this as a dual purpose laptop- normal family use and as a gaming laptop for my 13 year old son. So far we have all been very impressed with it with one exception- when downloading the free Call of Duty, my internet download test speed was 11 MBs yet the screen showed a speed of 1.39MBs. I do not know enough about computers to understand which is the issue here.

This is a sleek, expensive looking laptop with impressive specs (from a non-gamer's perspective). I wanted something robust that could stand up to working all day long, so I got this model. When you pay north of $1,500 for a laptop you expect the thing to work like a charm and not have goofy glitches; however this laptop would often, without warning, enter some sort of major crash state, with the title "Aptio Setup Utility" in one of those DOSsy, bluescreen environments. Thankfully, after looking the laptop over, BestBuy determined it had some fatal flaws and exchanged it. Thanks, BestBuy, but I'm still left doubting the quality of this product. I probably should have selected a mainstream brand.... This laptop still has some issues. When I close the lid, it doesn't always enter a sleep state, it often just stays on. Also, it intermittently decides a full start is necessary after having been asleep... meaning files you are working on are now saved as "temp status" files. Monitors: I have this laptop set up with 2 additional monitors. Occasionally, it decides that the laptop screen should go fully black and only the two other monitors display content. To correct the situation, you have to fully shutdown the computer, press a mystery reset button on the bottom and usually this remedies the situation. But, why??? The last issue is with the cascading keyboard lights. Although this looks cool in the store, it would be nice if somewhere there was clear instructions on how to shut the thing off!

Laptop runs smoothly even with the Ark. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
