This is my first personal laptop. I have used desktops for years and finally decided to downsize to get rid of my bulky computer desk. I chose the MSI because my desktop setup had MSI hardware, and I never had a single problem with it. This Laptop looks great, and the keyboard makes me want to type all night long. So far there have been no issues, and I am pleased with this purchase

This laptop is great for gaming and easy to use, right when you turn on the laptop, Cortana pops up and helps you setup your laptop. this laptop comes with a light up keyboard that you can change colors after you finish setting up your laptop. I loved my laptop but when my laptop broke down I had to find a new one, so I chose MSI and i'm not regretting my purchase.

Very powerful and thin laptop. The laptop is solid and performs very well in benchmarks. Only thing I didn't like was the super glued on stickers that ruin the brushed aluminium.

This laptop is great for gaming. It runs very smooth on anything i play.

I've heard a lot of different opinions about laptop gaming. I was hesitant after being on a desktop for so long. This laptop outperforms my desktop by a long shot. It's quieter than I was expecting as the fans rarely run due to the efficiency of it's cooling. I run all my favorite games at max settings and 60+ FPS. I will be sticking with MSI for a long time to come.

I bought this laptop with the intentions of gaming, as well as using it for college. This computer can do everything I bought it for, and then some. It runs games flawlessly at 60 frames per second, as well as having an awesome variety of personal customization options for everything including the keyboard lighting. I have never felt better about owning a computer.

Look no further. I was a happy "cult of the Mac" for ten years but decided for the price i could get something that was comparable to a mscbook pro. So I headed with some specs in my head and thought id be overpaying for alienware. Then I saw this, it far surpassed all my wishes on computer specs and then some. If your not buying a 500.00 dollar laptop, buy this one.

This laptop is great for gaming, designing and for technical software.

I bought this to go back to school as well as to do some gaming on the side. I get maxed FPS of 100 on quality 7 in WoW and can play PUBG flawlessly. The keyboard lighting system is a little wonky at times and seems very picky in the application. Another user commented on it, however the fans can be quite loud at times. Overall, good performance for a decent cost.

My first experience buying a laptop from Best Buy!! It was awesome, the people were so helpful and knowledgeable! However my first laptop wasn’t so great... I purchased it in the store and had it shipped to my house because they were out of stock. When it arrived I went through all the initial setups and had no issues but when I finally went to play any games the screen went dim and the backlight had a flicker. I took it back to the store and explained my issue and they gave me a new one right there!! I was so appreciative of their help and how quickly they resolved my issue! Now the new one works perfectly!!!

The monitor is not 144hz it’s 60hz,?the overall performance is great
