Did a great deal of research and found the price and the power were a perfect mixture. You do get a lot for your money and the keyboard is excellent. Highly recommend this machine to anyone interested in a slim form factor without a performance compromise.

This has what my desktop computer has so now i can game where ever i travel.

I travel a lot and bought this laptop so I could game while in my hotel room. I was able to play all the games that I do on my desktop. I also like the fact that it is thinner than other laptops so it was easy to carry around in my pack.

Finally got away from apple. This thing runs smoothly. I agree with other reviews about the trackpad - it feels like one from 10 yrs ago. That said if you are getting this computer, chances are you're going to game, so get yourself a solid mouse.

This is a fantastic laptop for both college and gaming. The graphics card can handle nearly everything you can throw at is including games and or engineering designed 3D programs.

This thing is so fast with the 16g of RAM, and doesn't have a problem doing multiple things at once. The color on the keyboard is awesome, and the keys feel very good. The speakers are perfect for listening to Spotify, and gaming!

I picked this laptop up in lieu of another replacement, this machine is amazing thus far. It has done everything I did with the other one in half the time it seems! Very pleased so far, and enjoying the full customization of it!

It will play all your games on Ultra and record them no problems. It also has the necessary ports which another brand, Asus didn't even have an ethernet port. Why pay for adapters when you can have everything you need on a MSI.

Slick, compact, powerful with awesome graphics capability and screen resolution. Will be using this for 2-D and 3-D animations as well as multi-media manipulation, and I see no reason why this PC won't fulfill all my needs.

This is a pretty good portable laptop although there are some issues with Visual Studio crashing though (so I switched IDE). Some issues with BSOD-ing which I'm still trying to figure out why it's doing that... The hardware and design seem pretty decent. No overheating issues as long as there is sufficiently flat and hard surface underneath. Will update as I run it a bit harder over this year.

Amazing laptop for Gaming, Video editing and all around portable usage. After looking through dozens and dozens of laptops and brands I finally decided to go with this baby and let me tell you it is better than I even expected.

Great slim gaming laptop. Exceeds all expectations for performance. The 256 main drive is a little small but having the 1 TB secondary drive helps. I may have to upgrade the 256 main drive in the future but as of now it is OK.

This is an overall great laptop! The SteelSeries keyboard is my favorite feature (number pad is very convenient). I chose this particular model because I wanted to buy a higher-end Windows machine - MSI does not disappoint!
