great portability with above average gaming performance.

For the price this computer is great for both gaming and schoolwork. It is lightweight yet well made. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone looking for a gaming laptop.

I went through 4 laptops within 30 days...thought I could get away with a “cheap one”. Returned the 4th one and an associate recommended this MSI based on my experience. I was hesitant since I’ve never owned a gaming laptop. But this had all the specs I needed to run all my programs. Glad I got it. Boots up is seconds and runs everything weigh ease. I can run multiple modeling and cad programs at the same time. Have a lot of USB boats is great. When at home or the office i have a USB C docking station and have 3 monitors going. It can handle everything you throw at it. If you catch on sale even better.

This Laptop is amazingly fast processor. Silent and sturdy. Love the big screen that makes it easier to use. Depends on each ones needs, I highly recommend it.

I have no complaints. This laptop is the top of the line, and unlike an alienware, it is still portable enough to carry around campus with no back pain. I definitely recommend it!

I use a 3D design program for work. This computer not only meets but exceeds the requirements for it. It runs smooth, starts up quickly and helps get the job done sooner.

This is an excellent gaming machine for the price. Can run most triple A games on ultra with little to no fps drops. The build quality is also excellent in most areas. It definitely carries a premium look, which for the price its expected. I see this as a great option for those that aren't really looking to spend a lot on a gaming laptop but also want some semblance of quality. Some minor issues that I have encountered would be with the "flex" on the keyboard and the layout did take a little getting used to. That's to be expected though from a new machine. Overall, I would recommend this laptop for anyone that enjoys gaming.

Powerful laptop. Great GPU and VR ready. Smooth applications running and fast speeds. Love this laptop. No problems report at this time. Will keep updating as time passes.

Good gaming laptop. The felt on the back is awesome. Super high quality in a slim case. Keyboard has several cool colorful lighting options. Fan gets loud when playing games.

It loads faster then what I have used and the graphic are amazing but I wish there was a disc drive and slight problem with mouse but it is easily fixed with a wireless mouse

Definitely recommend if you plan to play video games, just as good as the more expensive gaming lap tops but won't break the bank. Works great for my everyday usage.

Picked up this laptop because I was looking for an upgrade from my Elitebook 8760w. Plays almost all modern games on max settings and works great for computer animation.

My son wanted a new computer for school that he can use once he finishes college for gaming he is really liking this. It’s quite expensive but considered an investment.

Great gaming laptop! I run Overwatch on low at 200 fps easily. On epic settings it easily gets 100 fps on Overwatch. Haven't tried many other games. I am 100% sure this thing can run any game. I love how thin and light this laptop is. It gets hot but that is expected with a gaming laptop this size and with these components...The heat is negligible and the fan isn't too loud. The keyboard is great and the colors you can make it are beautiful. Audio is about what you'd expect out of laptop.

So far so good. I needed a PC that could handle creative software and this one fit the bill. Graphics and speed. Great price and service from Best Buy too.

One of the best windows based Laptop I have ever owned. Handles great for games like Destiny 2, Anthem, and Division 2 (beta). Never a disappointment. A++++++++

0. It's a gift to my girlfriend, she likes it. 1. Great gaming laptop, with good compatability of graphics, and corresponding drivers, you can play most games in the market. 2. I can installed Ubuntu 16.04 on this laptop, but it might take you some time you figure out how to choose correct drivers for NVidia, otherwise you cannot boot correctly (it's fine, it's a common issue, you can finally fix it) 3. I've met fans' issues recently, after I've bought this laptop for about 2 mounhs. The right hand side fan starts a weird noise, it sounds like the bearing or the shaft is damaged. I've checked the RPM is totally correct, so I'm guessing it should be a hardware problem. And after I serched around the internet, it seems to be a common problem. And some of the guys even say "MSI has the WORST POSSIBLE FANS". I'm a bit annoyed about this product, which supposed to be the high end laptop. And I haven't talked to a representative yet, after I talk to them I've go back to share with you what is the actual issue.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was easy to set up with online tutorials. It is very slim for easy portability, and you get a lot for your money with this device.

Great computer, runs very smoothly and I have not experienced any problems in use so far. The computer is very nice and is great for gaming and anything else you need.

We love our new MSI laptop. It is perfect for our son. He just started college and needed a top of the line machine to run CAD software. It is also great for gaming.
