Ignore the purchase date, i've had this for 2 years, and it's still the best! No issues whatsoever! Highly recommended!

My son loves this laptop - runs his games very quickly. We haven't experienced the heat issues others have noticed but he also keeps his gaming sessions shorter. One problem we haven't been able to resolve yet is that the laptop won't recognize its own webcam so working through that problem now.

This computer was purchased to process presentation software whick includes video backgrounds. Software now works seamlessly without lag due to fast graphics card.

Bought this computer for my son who is studying computer engineering. This computer allows him to code nd render designs at the same time. Highly recommended.

I was in the predicament to get a laptop to replace my MacBook Pro (2009) model. I do a lot of creative works and was looking to find some thing that would take me away from my desktop that I built 1yr and 1/2 ago. I started doing my research across dell G7, Alienware and then I ran across this GS63 stealth. I have to say this is a solid platform that I couldn't be more happy to have spent the extra money. Honestly it's specs will probably put me in the position to abandon my desktop do to convenience. So far I am more than delighted to have this as my new daily driver. Time to put her to work!!!!!!

My son raves about this laptop for it's speed and powerful graphics card in a nice strong case. The cooling fans are really powerful when they need to be.

I don't know a lot about computer...I like this laptop a lot and so pretty :-). I brought it almost 2 years ago I think...i know I know took me a long time to write this review. But for some reason my camera doesn't work...i don't know maybe I need to install another software or something. I know I know I didn't bother to call the geek squad ok...because the camera don't mean much to me anyway. Ok I will ask when I am ready to buy a MSI desktop. Yup I think I am a MSI fan now...hehe :-D

I was in the market for a good gaming laptop and found this on sale for a solid price. I've loved it so far with no issues. It's run all my games well.

I am a novice user of a gaming laptop and was amazed with the quality and speed of this laptop. I'm glad I chose the older model with the built in numeric keypad.

This is the first gaming computer that I have ever owned. I love this laptop, the screen is great I've been able to play new games with all settings on ultra.

I should disclose first that I am not a gamer. I bought the unit for converting audio and editing photos and video in a portable Windows based format. This unit is very snappy running Light room and reasonable Photoshop. Batch converting photos is quick too. the i7-8750H is mostly using 1 to 2 cores in these applications. Using either Premier Pro or dBPowerAmp batch converters is another story because they (especially the latter) utilize all 6 CPUscores as 12 threads . It still runs well but affter about 60 seconds CPU cores temps climbed to 88C using MSIs built in utility. Lowest cores temps were 82C highest were 88C. CPU temps should not be sustained that high. I then had the unit professionally repasted. Same circumstance and applications. 78-81C without really asking much of the GPU.. I don't know how this translates to gaming as my apps use as much power as possible during rendering video or converting audio formats. They are vague about the hardware so I can fill in a couple of blanks. The 256GB SSD is m.2 format, but it is NOT NVME. It is SATA It is an OEM Samsung device. The HDD is 5400 RPM . The Ram is DDR4-2400. Only the 2.5" harddisk is easily accessible. The m.2 and the RAM require removing the motherboard. My recommendation is cautiously yes, but it depends on how you are using the machine.

I recommend this computer to anyone who is into gaming. it is so cool and technical looking meaning its built very well. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a great powerfull pc that I bought for video editing and music production. Rendering time is very low because of the Nvidia GTX 1060 graphic card.

Great laptop.. huge performance with a gtx1060 and a i7 8750h. To be a perfect choice should have a touch screen and a pen sensitive, but it's great anyway.

I ordered this for my college to make our Vive Pro more portable and am impressed. It has great speed and a fantastic display. No issues, so far!

So far so good. Product is being used to replace my workstation at the office and laptop at home. It has a great screen size, and is lightweight enough to take back and forth between the office and home without complaint. Probably to large for business travelers, but for my needs it has everything I need at a lesser cost than more business oriented laptops I had been considering.

I am an architecture student and have tons of programs that run great on this computer. I’ve had it for a few months and it is still super fast!

So Far I really like it and it runs games pretty well. The noise is a little loud from fans but its been keeping laptop cool so that is a good trade.

There are newer models now but this laptop is still going strong. I used it for my previous job and not once did it let me down. I am now using it to work from home due to COVID-19 and have had no issues with it. I have also gamed with it and it handles newer and older games just great! I bought an external harddrive to backup files just in case I run out of memory but have not needed it. I still back up the files just in case but I have not run into any issues of memory loss on the computer.
