We bought this for my child's birthday. She is 13 and it great for her gaming needs. She loves the light up keyboard.

The SD Card slot is UHS II i am able to transfer at 250MB/s. Also the HDMI port is 2.0a. I couldn't find the specs on the website so anybody interested. Watching video with battery saver i get close to 5 1/2 hours of battery. I will update on surfing.

a PC would be better for the price, but the laptop worked great for gaming and performed fairly well

use it for wow and sims, starts up hella fast. works so smooth. I cant get enough of it. absolute best thing I ever bought myself

My son loves his computer he mainly bought it for college its better for auto cad. It is fast and reliable. He is very happy!

The cheap laptop I purchased a few years ago has run it's course and it was time for an upgrade! MSI GS63 was a top contender and one that made the winners circle for me at the price point I was looking for. PROS: - Keyboard (currently typing this review on it) very nice feel and key travel. - Screen - Graphics card (GTX 1060) runs games at a good frame rate - CPU, powerful enough to handle 4k rendering and photo editing - Weight, this was lighter than my previous $500 laptop I got a couple years ago. - RGB, who doesn't love RBG?? CONS: - Speakers (-1 star... I mean cell phone speakers are way louder and more full than these) , These are terrible and not worth turning up the volume if you don't have headphones on. (Great sound with headphones) All in all, this is a really solid laptop as long as you use headphones wired or wireless!

I bought this computer for the gaming feature. I use it for gaming and regular internet search super fast and no issues.

Excellent laptop for everything. Fans can get a bit loud but they can be manually adjusted to fix the problem. Overall 10/10

I just picked this up today. So far I am really enjoying this laptop. Quick and responsive. The only things I would change are, a Windows 10 Pro OS and so far I am not a fan of the mousepad on the keyboard and will be purchasing a wireless mouse.

This laptop is more than I thought it would be. I generally love MSI, and this is my second laptop under that brand. My first MSI laptop had two fans go out and Best Buy couldn't fix it. I had to have a laptop quickly, so I bought this one. It is very lightweight, which I didn't expect in a gaming laptop. It runs amazingly as well. This thing has INCREDIBLE battery life for a gaming laptop! When working on school work (for example) it can last anywhere from 5-7 hours. It's a lot more than I expected it to be. The only issue I have had is the D drive failed on me and I had to do an entire reset of my system. Pros: Extremely long battery life Lightweight AAA game compatible Great sound Customizable Cons: Only 15" No CD Rom Drive (not a big deal for many) CPU can rev up and overheat for a few moments when idle

best laptop with best price. Keyboard is awesome. wifi driver was not working well so I had to reinstall the wifi driver.

I can play games like PUBG and Witcher 3 on high/ultra settings with great framerates. VR on oculus works great as well.
