I bought this laptop to play online games and stream youtube it does both very well.

Installed pubg on the ssd and averaging 60fps. Great for gaming while on business trips

I had it for a month its solid built excellent screen clarity. The only setback I see is That the speakers are not as good as other laptop. if You dont mind that then its a perfect laptop..

I purchased this laptop last night as a replacement to my old and battered Lenovo U530 TouchPad. I travel a lot and, as such, like to have a portable computer. I also fly airplanes and enjoy playing flight simulators both for recreation and training purposes, so I needed a machine powerful enough to drive them without slowing or lagging under the workload. My final choice for the purchase came down to between this computer and a Dell Alienware unit. While the Alienware unit did have a larger screen on it, it also had fewer USB connection capabilities, used a rubber coating on the deck and keyboard (which looks good but inevitably turns into a gooey, sticky mess after a couple of years of use and was a damned brick, with about a 30 larger desktop footprint and weighed nearly twice as much. In the end I went with the compactness of the MSI unit while still offering excellent performance. PROS: - REALLY thin and lightweight for the capabilities this machine has. It's also pretty darn light - lighter than my old Lenovo. As I sit in my living room on my couch writing this, I really do appreciate that as opposed to having that Ailenware millstone parked on my lap. - Exterior finish is nice. I like the brushed metal casing as opposed to the plastic shells most laptops have. It is also very easy to clean with a simple wipe moistened with water and/or a mild detergent. Just very elegant looking. - The compact keyboard is easy to use as is the touchpad. - Bright, clean screen, especially for a laptop, which I enjoy. The 1920x1080 screen accommodates a standard HDTV image and a decent refresh rate at 60 hz. - Minimal factory installed bloatware. I gotta thank MSI for this and this is one of the most irksome features of new computers, HP, Sony and a few others being the worst offenders. All my MSI unit had on it which had to go was the Norton Securities suite (which I never found worthwhile and expensive compared with the integral Windows 10 Security and Firewall system). One quick trip to the control panel and a restart fixed that in a hurry. - Really an excellent compromise in performance. The Ailenware unit I talked about earlier was a little hotter computer, being equipped with an Nvidia GeForce 1070 and a much faster Intel Core i7 processor. That being said I installed X-Plane 11 and cranked up the graphic and visual settings to maximum and tested my MSI on that. The MSI's existing GeForce 1060 handled it without a problem, even operating in terrain and traffic dense areas like the Los Angeles basin without any noticeable problems. There may have been a lllliiiitttttttlllllleee lag on occasion, but nothing detrimental to gameplay. Not bad for a 1/2" thick laptop! - Quiet. Running standard applications, the cooling fans are virtually silent. Move onto games and other resource intensive applications, the fans are audible but not distracting or excessively loud. Excellent performance compromise - This computer seems to be placed at the right position both market and feature wise to really offer the best capabilities for the dollar spent. It offers good all around gaming performance and sits at a point just before any further increase in performance comes in small increments along with a skyrocketing price tag. It probably will satisfy all but the most hardcore gamers and techphiles who are willing to spend the big bucks for the bragging rights. CONS: - Again as I mentioned, this machine's processor is clocked in pretty slow, especially for a gaming laptop. Some high end games may not run as well or suffer from lag when set to their highest graphics settings, but for 95% of all gaming experiences this MSI unit will fit the bill nicely. - Cooling: MAKE SURE your MSI unit is placed on a hard flat surface prior to running games or other apps as the CPU and GPU generate a lot of heat (not excessive but a lot nonetheless) and need a clear airflow path for the fans to keep the unit cooled down.

Bought this laptop for music production and its truly exceeded my expectations

I have owned many laptops - alienware/hp/etc for gaming and programming/rendering. I dont know how MSI packed this thing so full of great hardware but it surpassed my expectations in quality and power. My biggest pro is the keyboard, makes programming very smooth, my only con is that it can run hot (specifically when on my lap) which is to be expected when gaming but thought it was worth sharing.

I already exchanged one of these after 1 day of use, because it gave me a blue screen of death in the first hour of using. The second one has many more issues. I had to update the video drivers because it wouldn't play any videos; it would give me green screens or black screens. The right-click on the desktop takes a long time to load, and the mobile hotspot feature also didn't seem to work. Then I reset the computer, which gave me more problems. Now I cannot play games because the audio is distorted. The few times that I played when there were no issues, it felt really good. Everything was smooth. The computer's performance and built quality are very good, but there are way too many glitches out of the box. If you are able to get it without glitches, then it is a good computer. Another minor negative is the trackpad is not the best to use.

Just bought the laptop today. It's perfect for Photoshop, and also playing games.

Awesome laptop I use it for gaming and there is no lag at all great graphics too.

I went in there today knowing exactly what laptop I wanted but also knowing I didn't have the budget for it and I couldn't be more grateful for the help I received. The employees where very helpful at pinpointing what I could do without so I don't break my budget but am still absolutely happy with it. I needed the msi gs63-stealth for some minor gaming and editing and so far I'm happy.

I am very happy with my laptop so far. I wanted a laptop that was gaming but didn't look too out there. Great laptop for college and some gaming too! It's a tad bigger than I though and barely fits in my bag but I'm used to my nearly bezelless screen from my XPS 13 (not to mention the 2 on smaller screen). This laptops battery isn't great but has options to allow it to last longer.

This laptop is pretty good that have wonderful out looking and perfect function.

This laptop is awesome for my grandson. He enjoys playing games and also received a free game with this laptop. He found this laptop exciting and easy to maneuver and setup without much difficulty. But if there was any difficulty the Geek squad was extremely helpful. I recommend this company Best Buy and this computer and Geek squad. Accolades to customer service and the squad.

Went into Best Buy to look for a laptop for work. I’m also a gamer and have some downtime and take the laptop home every day. Went into the store saw the specs on this machine and couldn’t resist. Initially had about a $800 budget but the MSI stealth had me sold. Gaming and business all in one. Runs Fortnite at a clean 160 FPS and handles all of my business needs on top. 5 Stars!

Great laptop my husband plays all his games and gets exited. Was worth the buy.
