When I started using this MSI GS63 Stealth laptop all was well. Set up was a breeze, graphics were great, and speed from the SSD drive with Windows 10 was stellar. At the 13th day of ownership I was playing World of Warcraft, which had worked beautifully to that point, and it kicked me immediately to a Windows 10 stopcode screen. WIndows did a selfcheck and restarted to yet another stopcode screen. After each reboot it presented a different error code on each stopcode screen, and finally ended on the BIOS screen, Restarting from there started the stopcode screen cycle all over again. I returned the laptop to the store for a full refund, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this laptop and would not purchase another MSI product.

the harder than this computer is comparable to the price of other computers with the same Hardware other computers with the same Hardware it can be upwards of $400 more but offer the same functionality. This is a great buy for your money.

So far loving it. Was slightly hesitant on the purchase of this laptop because of the previous 7th gen best buy model but this one to me has none of the flaws that I was reading; especially the screen. In my opinion it is money well spent!

Overall its a great heavy duty gaming laptop. Only downside is big fan noise.

Great laptop, however teenage son did not understand the value and care of it. Doesn’t seem to work anymore moral of the story don’t leave in your car for a month with your lunch that grew mold all over it

I just got this laptop but so far it is great. Very solid metal construction all around. The display is nice and the specs are what I was looking for. The fans can get a little loud, but are very reasonable for a laptop like this. I like the keyboard more than any other laptop keyboard I have had. It is also reasonably sleek and discreet, not unnoticeable, but reasonable. All around a very good purchace.

Very happy with laptop, sales men kept trying to up sale me on alienwear lap top, even tho they both had same Specs, just a different casing. But this msi laptop is amazing forv gaming and I also use it for tunning my vehicle

I recently bought this laptop for my engineering major. It works great with software like pycharm for python, autocad, etc. I really enjoy this laptop with few minor problems. One problem being that when I close the laptop instead of it going into sleep mode it stays on and then when I open it back up it just stays a black screen so I have to power it off. Other than that it's a great purchase!

I was looking for a gaming laptop so I could sit next to my wife on the couch and still game rather than being relegated to only my desk. My wife was so impressed with it when we saw it on display at Best Buy, we bought her one too.

This laptop is a great thin gaming laptop. It is very powerful for its size!

Computer is pretty good, when it works. I stream games and this thing not only gets crazy hot and the fans very loudly kick if you do so much as open a browser page, this thing crashes so much it's a crapshoot if you'll be able to finish whatever youre doing. Ive done things such as a factory reset and clean reinstall of Win10 and nothing helps. Ive had nights where it blue screened FOUR TIMES within the span of 3 hours. Good luck getting through a stream using this. I made a mistake purchasing an MSI laptop and am going to pay for a proper PC setup like I should have before I ever bought this thing

I bought the MSI Stealth to use with Autodesk and for gaming, as my old laptop just wasn't working. I am extremely impressed with everything about this laptop, because everything is absolutely amazing. The battery is good, the keyboard is great, the I/O is great, and the performance is exceptional. This laptop looks and sounds good as well, the screen looks great, the speakers sound good too, and the chassis is sleek and strong. I personally prefer the scarcity of red highlights with only the MSI logo that lights up on the back and the red rim around the touchpad. Speaking of the touchpad, I think it is really great and responsive. The keyboard is also really good. The keys feel nice to type on The performance is out of this world- I don't have a whole lot of experience with newer powerful laptops, but I have no idea how any laptop this size could be this powerful. It's fairly light, obviously not as light as some ultraportables, but this laptop feels very light for the performance. There is certainly no issue with using this for classes, because it is light, powerful, thin, and doesn't look too "gamery", so you won't be too out of place pulling this out in class. I was worried that to get it so light they would have to use some weaker materials or something like that, but the build quality feels great and very sturdy. When I press down on the keyboard there is hardly any flex. So far it hasn't had any problem running anything I've thrown at it on High settings. I've been getting around 5-6 hours of battery with regular use (Youtube/ web use), which is good enough for me. Not as good as some ultraportables again, but you are trading some of that away when you get a more powerful computer. The only complaints I have about the entire laptop is that it is a bit of a fingerprint magnet, and the fans can get a bit loud with heavy use, as is expected, but they are silent when not using it for heavy gaming and it doesn't get too hot. I don't think there is any other laptop in this price range that does everything this does Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the MSI Stealth and would recommend it to anyone who needs a powerful laptop for a good price.

Best gaming computer you could ask for, it has a mini display port so you can play VR. The storage is spot on, the graphics card is good and I really like the color changing keyboard.

Laptop is specd well, meaning I can use multiple editing programs without issue.

I bought this for school, I use CAD programs, and this laptop exceeds the expectations that I had as far as being able to run the programs that I use! it really is amazing and the keyboard lighting is a huge bonus.

Great laptop with amazing performance for gaming, with 1920*1440 and optimized NVidia Performance, i already see Fortnite running at 160 FPS. Sound is a bit of a drawback but i connect my headset to i am really not bothered.

Love the computer but the speakers are horrible. It is a must to use headphones.

Unlike most people I did not buy this laptop for gaming. My sister need a laptop with strong processor, to run her architectural softwares. Up Till now she hasn't had any problem with any software. I must say the this laptop ha a very powerful processor and can be professionally used for activities other than gaming. Good for people who want to do 3D designing and other technical stuff.

I have had this for two weeks now. I bought it so I can do a little gaming on the road and photo and video editing. I didn't want to spend a ton of money it was open box for $700 after looking to find a similar spec laptop for under $1200 was almost impossible. So far it plays my games with decent frame rate. Is now my desktop when i'm travelling.
