I am a Game Design and Development student at RIT, and I decided to buy this Laptop, because it is the best power/price ratio. It gives you great power and nice holding battery with cool materials and great keyboard. Love my GS63!

I have been looking for a more powerful computer for some time now and after researching through the web and friends recommendations I found the GS63. It has all of the power that I need to expand my music. Great power, graphics, storage, and all around quality. One of my favorite things about the GS63 is that there are plenty of ports. Especially the separate headphone and microphone jacks.. Musicians NEED lots of different types of ports because of the many different types of hardware and software that is used in modern music production. Not just the USB-C that some companies are using. We need multiple types of ports and MSI has provided them. I would definitely recommend this computer to all of my friends and fellow musicians. The GS63 can handle it all quite nicely.

The specs are perfect for what a typical college students would want for a gaming laptop. Fortnite runs at Epic, no pun intended. Only down side is the track pad is difficult to use but if want to play games you are going to have a mouse. It is a PC so be willing ready to do your own trouble shooting and problem solving. But its a great computer it runs fast and the keyboard is colorful.

I was looking for a thin laptop with plenty of power, after testing several different machines, including the Yoga 720 and XPS 15, I chose the GS63. It was by far the most powerful machine, and runs the quietest under load of the three. Best Buy did not put a cheaper display in this generation, unlike reviews of past GS63 models this one has a great IPS display, if only 60hz. My only complaint about this unit would be MSI using a M.2 SSD in the PCIe slot, but easily upgraded, and I bought an adapter and put it in place of the mechanical drive. Surprisingly good battery life as well for how much is packed into this machine. Additional Note: the "Steelseries" and "DVNAUDIO" logos are laser etched into the anodized aluminium body, so they won't fade/distort, but they are also not removable.

This laptop is great for gaming, runs games extremely smoothly even on high settings. Also great for regular use. RGB lighting is really nice, and so is the battery life.

Laptop is amazing. Very powerful graphics card allows you to play most current games on very high settings. Also, the lightweight frame makes it easy to carry. Only downside is that it does get a little bit noisy under load.

This is my first gaming laptop. I still have a lot to learn but I LOVE this product. Everything runs so smoothly and looks beautiful. Easy to use. I love how lightweight the laptop is as well. Highly recommend this product.

So happy with my choice to get a gaming pc for graphic designs. I wanted a fast pc that can run multiple programs at once without stalling. I needed a pc over a mac, and this was a great choice. Love the keyboard as well.

I purchased this laptop almost 3 weeks ago, so perhaps it is a bit too soon to judge it overall, but so far this is what my experience had been like. I am an architecture student and therefore uses a wide variety of programs, from Adobe to Autodesk programs. Speed is very important to me and I can say that 9 out of 10 times so far, my laptop has met these expectations. Here are some of my pros thus far with my experience. Pros: 1) Can run large files due to its great RAM. 2) Can run multiple heavy programs at once, ex: photoshop, plus illustrator, plus Rhiniceros. 3) Customization and design is amazing and rather flexible. 4) When it heats up, it cools down rather quickly which is important down the line. (I like ghe ambient noise if the built in fan) 5) Made with a durable material (Less likely to get scratched) cons: 1) Randomly there are small lags when opening the Internet or File Explorer 2) Sometimes it takes a long time to awake from sleep mode or doesn't turn on at all after placed in rest mode. 3) Small lag turning on laptop (randomy) 4) Few programs shut down unexpectedly. Despite the cons, my experience was not negative enough for me to consider exchanging the laptop. I transitioned from Asus to this laptop because I needed a better graphics card for my renders. I have not performed any renders so far, but it's performance is overall promising.

I purchased this computer to use as a mobile workstation in a dental practice where I would need a powerful laptop to run our office software. This machine more than meets my needs and the SSD boot up time is incredibly fast.

This laptop is great for gaming and has amazing graphics. It is slim, much lighter than my previous laptop, and has a sleek look for use in the professional environment.

As a student in highschool, I obviously have many hobbies. Not only do I store papers and other work-related pieces on this computer, I also have many video editing programs installed on this computer. My previous computer had a hard time running such hefty programs and it would often take me /at least/ 6 hours to create one edit but with this computer, it has literally sped me up to 2 hours an edit which is ridiculously fast for the hard labor that comes with the hobby. Everything runs incredibly smoothly and schoolwork has never been easier to access. This computer allows me to be up and running in seconds within a class period and gets me to the applications I need in seconds. It's by far the best computer I've ever had and I really do recommend it.

Incredibly fast laptop with high processing, runs most everything without any problems. The fans do get loud but the fan speed can be manually adjusted to quiet it.

This is honestly the best laptop I have ever owned- Despite the fact that the fans can get a bit noisy while running large titles, it works very efficiently for gaming, as well as providing everything I need for school.

Love this computer and all of the specs work for a sick gamer like me. Playing Rust and doing design work is amazing on this laptop. Small, Compact, and powerful. Would recommend to anyone looking to get stuff done.

Now, I'm no computer wiz, but my girlfriend is. She recommended MSI to me when my brand new Asus laptop failed me. I did some research, ran my thoughts by her, and settled on this beauty. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a decent gaming laptop, it's handled everything I threw at it so far, from Overwatch to No Mans Sky on Ultra graphics settings. It also has a full RGB keyboard, which I use to color code my buttons for games, with a number of wondrous affects to add some life to your day, even when you aren't gaming on it! Altogether, a fantastic buy.

My computer fizzled out and needed a replacement to my Acer computer. Given my gaming needs, thought I would research the best gaming computers for 2018. MSI GS65. With budget limits, I was happy to find the GS 63. Packaging: Wow, what care was taken to ensure the computer was safe and emulated true quality. It is evident every detail mattered and it shows from packaging to notebook. The computer is a true piece of art coupled with great hardware. The keyboard is nicely laid out and it feels great. The touch pad is a good size. Slightly hard to press the touch pad buttons. The screen is crisp and there are plenty of data ports. I look forward to getting completely setup, so for easy peasy. I am totally impressed to this point.

The GS63 is very slim but does not trade off its power. With its 8th gen i7 processor, GTX 1060, and 16GB of RAM, you can pretty much run any game at high graphics. The design of the laptop is also pretty awesome.

I struggled to choose between multiple gaming laptops on the market such as the Asus Rog or Dell Alienware or even the HP Omen. What led me to choose this over the others is MSI doesn't sell their brand they sell their performance. I received so much more bang for my buck with the MSI GS63 Stealth than I would have with Dell or HP. Computer boots up in less than 10 seconds which is very impressive. The display is crystal clear and can be seen easily from multiple viewing angles. I have tried playing PUBG on full graphics and it plays it without issues(for those Winner Winner Chicken Dinners out there). If you desire a sleek fast performing laptop on the go without absolutely destroying the bank then the MSI GS63 Stealth is where it is at!!!
