Laptop runs great and has sweet specs for the price

Undervolts fairly well lowering the temperature. :)

I finally get to play my favorite games, SO HAPPY.

Ive only had this for a week, and so far so good. Only reason why i give it 4 stars is cause of the heating issue. Gets hot when playing games

Updated bios. Updated filmware. Took to MSI technician. Told me everything is normal. Still getting 100C temp with thermal throttling. Have attempted to lower cpu percentage to keep temps down ( which is pointless in buying a powerful laptop in the first place?) This will cause games to crash due to not having enough power and still seeing temps in the mid 80s even with CPU down to 80%. I regret terribly in buying this computer and wish to no longer have any MSI products due to this experience. Your tech support has told me things are okay but there is not anything ok with an overheating computer and poor performance. I never see frames over 60 HZ on this 120 HZ monitor because the laptop is trying to keep the temps down harming the overall performance anyway. I get home and spend hours not enjoying the computer but trying to solve problems. My 700 dollars entry level computer was performing better.

I first purchased the Razer 15 and was disappointed. So I exchanged the Razer for the MSI GS65, now I'm happy!

It is very good overall performance wise, but the build quality could be better, makes creaking noises.

Machine handles like it should, graphics are amazing.

Only issue so far is the 'Killer' branded network card. but other than that the laptop appears to be exactly what you would expect from the stats on the box. Good hardware, all drivers available. The Network card was giving some latency jitter until uninstalling the controller software and loading a basic driver.

I love all of the features it is coming with. Its nice to change to a SSD.

I enjoy the look of the pc itself as well as the display on the screen.

Bought this as gift for Christmas 2018. Daughter used laptop since Christmas and loved it. As of March 9, it had to be sent back to factory for repairs because it would not boot up. There are also issues with keys sticking. The recommended shipping and insurance, cost over $100.00 out of our pocket. We bought Geek Squad 3 years coverage but Best Buy will not touch MSI. Given that Best Buy would not repair it, I would have bought a product they would service.

This computer is the biggest waste of money. I bought it and i've only had it for 4 months and it is falling apart. its flimsy, it rattles. the screen is drooping, and it constantly has problems with audio and visual with windows 10. It was manufactured cheaply and it overall just has issues with windows 10. please dont buy this. I hate to waste my time writing this review, but i'm now battling with warranties to get support. I need a pc for work, but i know my next computer is going to be a macbook, for the quality and support alone. this computer is garbage. im so upset. again, sooo cheaply made. msi is also really sketchy to work with for warranties.

Good for gaming but it kept giving me wifi driver issues. Returned.

I wanted to love this laptop. It looks so awesome and it has wonderful reviews. However, for me, this laptop is horrible. The laptop updated windows and then after the windows update the wifi driver has disappeared completely. I am planning on living abroad so I am looking for a very reliable gaming laptop and this just does not fit the bill atm. I need something that is easy to fix outside of the United States where English is not spoken that much.

I design stages and do visuals for festivals and concerts and Since the day I purchased I have had nothing but problems using this laptop professionally for work, MSI Has screwed me over, I have had audio issues, visual issues, wifi and keyboard issues, And issues with software making this laptop almost useless THIS LAPTOP CANNOT EVEN WORK PROPERLY FOR NETFLIX SOMETIMES i wasted over 2000 dollars on this , I wish I could return this piece of trash and get my money back. HORRIBLE PC

I am now on the third catastrophic failure of this laptop. The first it lost all power and warranty replaced the motherboard. That time it came back broken already crashing when the GPU had a load and a buzzing fan. I sent it in for that and it came back functional for 2 weeks now it is doing the same thing again. I have only owned it for 6 months total. I am truly beginning to lose faith in a company I used to buy most of my parts from. I dont know if I will ever buy another MSI product again
