First off the only reason I didn't keep this laptop was build quality, the system ran perfectly for me. I played a few games on this MSI like state of decay 2, gta5, fallout 4 etc.. This GS65 Stealth was very surprising at how well it handled games even with getting sightly hot. I didn't have this long enough to run benchmarking or mess around with OC/Undervolting. So I can't say for sure if there was thermal/current/power throttling. I can say I did not enjoy the build quality, seems flimsy and the hinges didn't seem sturdy enough to open/close every day for the duration of its life. Screen flex was there and expected, slight backlight bleed in one of the corners not horrible. Didn't have any glitching/lag during gameplay as a result of this machine. Really thin and lightweight which was pretty cool. Overall it was a very nice system, I wish build quality was better because I would've kept it then. I used an MSI GT72s 6QD Dominator G for a few years bulky and sturdy. MSI can make well built items but this one doesn't seem strong enough to even travel with. If you still want it or own it just be very careful with it and Use the lid as little as possible (maybe leave open on your desk and turned off when not using). In the end I went with an outside source for an Aorus X7 until the Aorus X9 becomes available.

I really like this computer. The design is pretty neat, super fast, great display, very light for the specs and great price compared with whats available.

Pros: Runs well light thin Good graphics with high fps Cons; Fan noise is definitely noticeable while gaming. Its high pitched so its extra annoying. Though the noise isn't there unless you are gaming so its not that bad. Personally the storage space isn't to my liking and its very difficult to upgrade this laptop. Speakers aren't amazing. Bloatware

Truly fantastic laptop! Just upgraded from a 4 year old Asus gaming laptop and the difference is incredible! This laptop is 1/3 of the thickness of my old laptop and 3-4x the speed. So far extremely happy!

Overall I'm impressed with the power packed into a thin profile of the MSI Stealth line. With a GTX 1070 graphics card and RAM to spare this laptop was feature for feature comparable to other 'luggable' gaming laptops, but at a smaller profile and price-point. If you're into gaming and don't want a touch-screen or some sort of 'convertible' capability, this is the laptop for you. The only feedback I would provide is that the 2x 256 SSD drives (512GB total) would be better served as a 256GB +1TB configuration for additional disk storage. 512 GB is too restrictive nowadays. Regardless, all in all it's great value and power for the price-point, and definitely something I would recommend as a long-term gamer.

the laptop is amazing, i always wanted a laptop that was powerful enough to run games and do my school and programming activities while also not looking like a bulky "gaming laptop". my only issue with the laptop is its matte finish which tends to attract fingerprints and its somewhat difficult to remove some of them, but if you handle it carefully, there should be no issue. but this laptop can handle most games at medium to high settings. occasionally the fans will become louder than usual but it pretty quickly quiets down again.

It's fast, the overall design is really nice, and the graphics on games and videos are just incredible. The keyboard feels nice to type on and the touchpad is responsive. It's an amazing laptop.

I bought this laptop yesterday and was excited to buy it. It came in nicely packed and assembled. The first time configuration was super fast and so is the bootstrap time. The battery life seems to be good as of now. The keyboard seems to be really amazing and nicely designed: specially the back lit. It is really one in class model and really a premium one.

This is just an awesome laptop. It is light, thin, quite and extremely fast. The keyboard lights up so you can see the keys in the dark and they change colors also. This is the ultimate gaming machine!

I had high hopes for this gaming laptop and I wasn't disappointed. I was impressed with it's many features as well as it's battery life. It's a powerful little package that's easy to take with you.

Really impressed with the performance of this laptop. It eats up anything I've thrown at it. Does run a little hot, but for such a thin, lightweight build that is to be expected. Highly recommended.

Great thin and light laptop, combined with the best specs. This is a dream combo, but it comes with a price. Would give 5 stars if it didn't come with so much bloatware and if it was a tad cheaper. Hard Drive and Ram can be upgraded, but they are not easily accessible, and if you do it on your own, I will probably void the warranty.

First computer I have in a while. the computer is super thin for having the power that is has super portable. I love this computer plays my games with no problems and also can do my work stuff!

Very light and power laptop! Design is professional and sleek. It does get a bit hot but that's expected for a thin gaming laptop. That's only flaw I have found so far still a 5 star product!

This is an excellent computer, it has not failed me yet and I don't anticipate it doing so. It is exceptionally thin and small with a full size 15.6 in screen, and it deserves the 'stealth' in its name. While most 'gaming' laptops look like a jet engine, and sound like one too, this laptop won't draw any extra attention in school, at work, or anywhere else. It runs games smoothly, and consistently, and handles regular web browsing and other programs like a champ. It perfectly combines power, efficiency, anonymity, and performance, and I would definitely recommend to anyone that can afford it, in fact I have already recommended it to several friends.

The GS65 has been outstanding so far, max settings in a new FPS, quiet fans, temps are staying reasonable. This machine has a thin and sleek design, which fits perfectly into a powerful gaming computer you can take anywhere. It feels sturdy and I don’t notice any flex in the body when resting my palms, or carrying the computer around. The keyboard is snappy and feels good when gaming, the RGB color choices are unlimited, which is a nice touch. I have gotten 90-120fps consistently while gaming and have no issues what so ever. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone! It is PACKED with firepower for gaming, you can’t go wrong.

Very fast and the battery lasts for a long time considering the power it has. I was going back and forth between this and the new Razer Blade 15, but the MSI is a much better value.

I bought this laptop for my college course because we use a lot of programs like SketchUp and AutoCAD everything runs great! Battery life goes all day and have great storage!

Easy to setup and configure. Boots up quick and plays all my games in their highest resolutions. Would recommend to anyone looking for performance and portability.

This laptop is super fast and coming from another gaming laptop that was about 4x as heavy and 2x less powerful it really amazes me how much power they have in this tiny laptop.
