After being a die hard Mac user for over 15 years, I decided to finally switch back to Windows. I was unimpressed by the lacklustre performance of the updated Mac's and after looking at the specs of the MSI machines, this incredible for both gaming and work. The machine is ultra quiet with high performance.

After using this laptop for over an hour switching from an old hp laptop I have had for years was a great experience for me. This laptop works fast, and feels very snappy. so far using it and playing games on it has been very enjoyable

I absolutely love this laptop. I was looking into HP, Dell, and Lenovo, and I wasn't satisfied with the overall package. This MSI laptop is the entire package for me. It's wicked fast (I'm not a huge gamer but I still indulge ever so often, and it has the most beautiful body and display on the market.

This laptop definitely delivers with both productivity and gaming performance. It has a sleek look to it that is very appealing for being a gaming laptop. The only thing that can be considered a con about this machine is that when gaming, the keyboard can get a little hot to the touch.

I needed a laptop for software development, database management, and other IT related items. This was the perfect fit at price level and performance. The only downfall for me was the lack of storage space, but I knew that going in. I also purchase an external HDD and I am good to go.

This computer is one if the best computers you can buy! It works excellent in every way. If you are looking for an excellent gaming laptop, I highly recommend (though it handles all other work-related tasks great as well).

This device doesn't exceed my expectations, but it does leave a satisfying feeling when you're able to take high-refresh rate with you on the go. My desktop is where 99% of my gaming takes place - i7 7820X and 2080 Ti with a Acer X27 4k/144hz panel. The screen is where this device shines and the 1070 MAX-Q is where it falls short. The CPU is fine for gaming and better for productivity. The memory is dual-channel by default- no complaints there. The 1070 MAX-Q was the biggest disappointment for me. I've always recommended the 1070 (full-size) to anyone planning to stick with 1080p/1440p because it's great with 8GB of VRAM and is plenty capable. Not only does the MAX-Q not meet those same standards, it falls far below. Don't get me wrong, you'll be able to play most modern AAA titles at max graphics and maintain over 60 FPS easily. Do not expect to be within the 100-120 FPS range without reducing graphical quality. As long as your expectations are in-line with the above, or if this (in MAX-Q guise) is more capable than your current setup you'll LOVE this machine. Great, small AC adapter that's relatively unobtrusive that doesn't get too hot. The keyboard deck stays nice and cool during gaming sessions as well- big plus here! Great quality of build and again, beautiful screen!

The laptop is amazing. The new CPU and GPU. Feels like a real high ind desktop in small factor.

That is a very good notebook for who want to play any type of game without problens of crashes

I am overall extremely satisfied with my product and cannot wait to run all my favorite programs and games. Easily the best product I have purchased from MSI. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone who wants a gaming laptop that is powerful and looks professional

This laptop is as fast as it is beautiful and I am thrilled with my purchase. The trackpad isn't as stiff as I thought it would be (based on other reviews) but it's a little stiffer than my old Dell. I am really happy with the keyboard layout and the ergonomics are really great.

Here is my review. I bought this laptop a little over a month ago. Wow, super fast and the graphics are amazing. Everything just processes so fast. There is no catch up in the processing, it’s that good. I’m very pleased so far. I will give another update in 6 months.

I have been looking for a laptop that would fall under my budget for quite a few months. The performance this laptop offers in comparison to other laptops is great. The price difference makes it all the more desirable. The only downsides is the difficulty in upgrading (flipped motherboard) and the lack of a number pad, but for everything else, this product excels at its job.

Hi quality materials and great performance. I was initially worried about the build quality coming from a Macbook Pro. It's got a little more flex because it's not a unibody design, but it's an extremely high quality build. The screen is awesome and the keyboard is also nice.

Great laptop. I was deciding between this laptop and the surface book 2. I wanted something for work and gaming, and this laptop is perfect for me. Very powerful, no issues running games at high/ultra for older games. The one issue is the heat. Before tweaking some dragon center settings and undervolting, this laptop was getting really hot and the cpu temp was way up there. I'm able to keep it under 80 easily now. Also very light and portable with all the ports.

I’ve been searching for a replacement for my Alienware gaming laptop and by doing a bit of research and comparison I came to the conclusion that the MSI GS65 Stealth was the one for me. Sleek, beautiful, and powerful are the defining characteristics of this laptop.

This laptop was purchased for a teenager who does a lot of art work on her computer. Color changing buttons and lighter weight make this perfect to move room to room, and to take to school for classes.

I purchased this laptop primarily for work-related tasks and it definitely has not disappointed. I went with the GS65 because it of it's aesthetics: it is a gaming laptop, however it is not overly flashy. It's thin, lightweight/portable and has a professional look to it that I would not be worried about bringing into a conference room; after shutting off the RGB keyboard of course. The only con I can say is that the 512GB SSD is definitely not going to last me very long, which means I will eventually have to utilize the M.2 slot or dig out the SSD and upgrade it with a larger one. Unfortunately this laptop does not make upgrading easy as the motherboard is inverted making a simple HDD/SSD or RAM upgrade difficult. Overall - this thing is definitely a beast. When under a significant load - the fans can be "noisy", but it's a small compromise for something so powerful and compact.

This laptop is great so far, Ive only had a few days but has been great. I had an issue with the Windows update not installing window 10 update but was able to get around it. Plays Oculus rift just fine.

This laptop is top notch. Comes with a pretty decent GPU that runs most of my games on highest settings and over 70FPS. If you’re looking for a thin gaming laptop that packs a punch then this is the laptop you’re looking for. Will recommend to my friends and family.
