I was looking for an attractive Windows laptop that had a higher end Intel mobile CPU and a VR-capable GPU, and this one from MSI is the best value I found. - Attractive, subtle design. I don't particularly care for the design of most gaming laptops, which tend to be rather gaudy, but this one has a nice, subdued appearance. - Very good build quality. I'd seen some reviews online mentioning flexing in the case, but I haven't really found that to be the case aside from a little flex on the outside edge of the trackpad. But overall I think the build quality is quite good. My only minor nitpick would be that it's easy to leave smudges with your fingertips, though they wipe off easily with a cloth. - i7 8750H. It's been great to have a 6 core CPU in a laptop for development work, and I haven't had any throttling issues. It's been able to sustain the advertised speeds when all the cores are in use at 100%, and it does a good job of dissipating heat without the fans being too loud or the case getting too hot. - GTX 1070 Max-Q. I think the GPU strikes the right balance between performance and heat/noise for a thin laptop like this one. It hasn't gotten too hot under load for me, and it's fans are quieter than the GPUs in other laptops I've used. But it's still capable of playing games on high settings and hitting the framerates needed for VR.

The build quality of the laptop is superb. I heard complaints about give, in the plastic near the mouse, however I have not had such problems. The new i7 and 1070 certainly provide good power for most gaming needs or work needs. Overall I have had no complaints . It fulfills my needs perfectly as a computer to act as a workstation for school and as a platform for games.

I have been using this computer for about three months now. I am very impressed with the framerate it holds in Overwatch and League of Legends. In League of Legends on max settings it holds a steady 240 frames and in Overwatch on max settings it holds around 90 frames. Im also happy with the computers build quality. But fingerprints are highly visible on the metal finish,

I gave the MSI GS65 stealth to my 9 year old son and he loves it!!! He always says how the computer is so fast and a beast when it comes to running games. I've always had Apple products but this MSI computer really gave my faith back into Windows. Not only does my son use it but with the different account options on the computer it is perfect for the whole family

This is a really amazing laptop. I don't think that I have ever had one with such great performance. It is also lighter and smaller than my previous one. The only two things that I didn't like are that it is very easy to put smudges on the laptop and the structure over the top ventilation could have been reinforced more. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with the laptop.

I'm not a serious gamer, but I will play on WoW or stream from time-to-time. This laptop can run those games with wonderful ease, and the best part is that it's super light and portable. My other gaming laptops were HUGE, and basically required a suitcase to lug around with me. This one is extremely lightweight, with a battery life that excels my needs. So far, I love it!

I have had an MSI GE72 apache pro for a couple of years now and wanted to get a new laptop I can use for work and gaming. I found that with the MSI GS65. It runs all my games perfectly with no problems. It has a vibrant screen and just love the lightness compared to my old one. The only con I can think of is that is does get a little hot but that is all laptops really.

After using terrible computers to try and game for years, using the MSI Stealth Thin upgraded my gaming experience quite a bit. This laptop runs games at a higher level than some lower end desktops that I've seen, yet is also super light and portable. There is one downside however, that is the fact that the fans are extremely loud, but they do their job extremely well.

This machine checks almost all the boxes for a portable gaming machine, with almost no compromises. Great processor and GPU, while being thin and still getting good battery life. A lot of the lower priced gaming laptops skimp on the screen, but this one is really great. It is bright and has great viewing angles. Only minor points lost for the trackpad being too stiff.

I used this for EXTREME VR engineering modeling (making 3d files for 3d printing) because my other laptop would not have the proper hardware orientation. It works absolutely amazing when hooked up for the Oculis Rift VR headset, no lag, and great definition. The only problem is, if you are doing any hard work like gaming, engineering, or something similar, the laptop can literally burn you from running so hot. So get a cooling pad. Second when using the touch pad, clicking and holding only lasts a few seconds before the mouse will automatically unlock. I only use my headset though, so because of that it works great!

The MSI GS65 is my first gaming laptop and its perfect as its lightweight and has many ports for many different functions so that I wouldn't have to buy another accessory. The lights on the keyboard are great as well as the thin bezzle making the screen appear huge along with its great visuals.

Had this computer for about a day now and I must say I'm thoroughly enjoy this laptop. Runs superb and I have run into no issues what so ever. Being a student in college and also being a huge game, this laptop is a good hybrid for gaming and working. Last but not least is the lightness of laptop. Easy to carry around and small enough to fit in my bookbag for school.

This laptop is great and does everything that I need it to do. One of the best parts of this laptop for me is the look of it. The gold and black work so well with each other. I also, like the fact that it is so thin and easy to transport. On top of all of this, the laptop backs up its look with a good amount of power. Great laptop with a great look, worth the wait.

Debating between getting the Razer Wave and the MSI, Razer’s quality control was the issues that threw me off completely.Even though the MSI might not look as neat as the Razer, it is a very stable laptop, surprisingly thin and light and a beast when it comes to performance. I am overall very pleased with the MSI as far as content creating and gaming goes.

Extremely thin and light, easily to carry out for any purpose. I was very happy with the size, which is considerably smaller than my previous ASUS laptop, and probably half the weight. However, despite being light, the weight is proportioned perfectly. When using one hand to open the laptop, the bottom is heavy enough to not be lifted up with the screen.

Using for School and gaming. Small form factor works great and is powerful enough for multitasking and productivity. Games look and run flawless. Downsides include heat, would recommend picking up a laptop cooler to use during gaming. Nothing too unexpected. Otherwise is a great machine.

I purchased this laptop for gaming and graphic intensive work. It's the thinnest, most powerful laptop I have owned. I can play all my steam games on ultra high mode and work on Photoshop without any issue. It works like a dream but does tend to run hot so I purchased a laptop cooling pad and that has helped. The only issues I have noticed are the speakers are satisfactory but aren't as loud/don't pick up bass sounds as much as I would like. Also the touchpad seems to glitch occasionally so I will be getting that checked out via the product warranty. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

From the looks to the performance, this computer really does come equipped with everything you need. High performance with the 1070 is no problem. It will run anything you throw at it, while looking amazing. The RGB per-key keyboard is beautiful and has so much customizing it's crazy. Definitely recommended if you can afford its rather steep price tag.

This computer is everything I expected it to be. It runs all games at great frame rates and has no issues doing so. It is easy to understand dragon center and the other related programs for games. The best part is the preset options for better performance or to save energy. The computer does get hot but that is expected from a laptop so no big deal there.

I bought this gaming laptop 10 days ago and I am just in love with this machine. It is Fast, Light weight, and Looks great! It was a well deserved upgrade from my old Mac Pro. I used to be an apple fan, but they have too many restrictions with programs that's why I wanted to stick back with Windows OS. This computer has by far exceeded my expectations.
