just purchased it and so far it's phenomenal. I bought it for school since my old laptop was out of date. Runs all the school applications they make me download and doesn't slow down regardless of the apps opened.

This computer is a very good gaming laptop for the price. It has enough power to run all of the games that I play. For example this computer runs The Witcher 3 at a smooth 60 fps on the highest possible settings.

i like this laptop a lot and i think it is really good. I have had it for a couple days now and so far so good. It runs my oculus rift very well and ha no problems running multiple things at once.

This laptop has everything you will need for gaming, and it doesn't look like a monster to do so. This is the perfect laptop to get for someone on the go who demands performance and productivity while on the go.

This is a really great laptop. An nVidia GTX 1070 in a <$2K laptop that is very thin, light, and runs cool. This is my first MSI machine, and I am impressed.

Hello All, I really enjoy the laptop, it is on the pricier side that might steer people away but i would even pay more for the formfactor and the hardware inside and i cant say anything bad about this pc other than it gets a little hot on your lap when gaming, but overall 10/10 would recomend.

So far, I have only had this computer for a couple days, but I already love it! It's a fantastic machine. Gorgeous but tasteful construction, with gold accents on the chassis and a tasteful gold dragon logo on the lid. I'm very excited to have a keyboard that is programmable to light up in a myriad of colors, and it has a very smooth typing experience. It boasts a robust set of hardware right from the start, and the graphics are stunningly beautiful. For a 15.6" gaming laptop, it's also relatively thin and light, and taking it places isn't too much trouble. The underside does get hot when using a lot of power for gaming, but what gaming laptop doesn't? Suitable for both work and play, I'm so glad I chose this particular laptop.

We purchased this laptop for work and it is amazing for 3D CAD and FEA (we use AutoCAD Inventor), everything is so fast and snappy! It also works great for gaming after the work day is done when I'm traveling.

This laptop is honestly better than my main desktop computer it's 1070 rivals most modern day computers with the ability to crush any main stream titles like FO4 DOOM And anything else you wanna throw at it.

I’ve only had this laptop for a few hours, but has already outperformed my expectations. The first thing I’ll point out is the build quality is above above, almost excellent. There is little to no flex, with no flex on the keyboard, so typing and gaming are not bothered with the flex near the power button. Secondly the keyboard is very nice to type on and the RGB lighting is a added bonus. One of the other positives that really stands out is the screen. The screen is nice and bright and colors look excellent on it. The only con I can think of would be the trackpad. Like other reviewers have said the tracking is extremely accurate, but it’s not as nice as a MacBook’s which the clicks are much nicer and smoother.

I love that the GS65 has a good battery life for all of the specs the computer has to offer, it is really a great machine, MSI continues to show its best!

With the back to school discounts this laptop for only $1899 is the best bang for the bucks. Super fast performance when gaming and doing school work.

I'm still early on in the use process, but so far I love this laptop! I was looking for a capable thin and light for both professional and gaming use. For gaming, this setup is obviously beastly for a laptop. For professional use, it works beautifully. Not out of place sitting on my desk, no weird edges or odd LED designs like on other gaming laptops. I slapped a black sticker over the logo, and it looks like I've got any other laptop. Stealthy indeed, but it is still stylish in its design as well. I love the keyboard, though I wish the lettering was a little less "sci-fi" and a little more minimalist, but it's a small gripe. Overall, it's not a cheap laptop, but so far I feel I certainly got what I paid for.

It is better than all gaming systems I ever used. The processor is amazing and I love the keyboard and great graphics. It also is not as expensive as other laptops I saw but still has better graphics.

The msi gs65 is a great option for any one looking for a great gaming pc for a reasonable price. The specs in the msi gs65 are the best for its price range and it still keeps a thin and portable form factor, i take it every where. The computer is ascetically pleasing and its embarrassing to take out in class or a coffee shop. My only complain is the battery and power connection. The power brick is huge and the laptop does have little battery life so if you go out with the laptop you will need to take the power brick and it just is very big and uncomfortable to carry. other than that i see this product as a great choice for any one with a little extra money and looking for an awesome gaming laptop.

This computer is made buy one of the best people for gaming, and is great if you have some extra time to do so. I bought this computer for college because it is fast and reliable. It was a great buy.

as the title says, its fast, its powerful, beautifully designed and doesn't scream i am a gamer. the batter life suffers because of the i7 processor and the 1070 integrated graphics so you will likely never see the advertised 8hrs of battery life. The charges is pretty lite though so its not very inconvenient to carry it around. over all good product.

Purchased this model instead of the Razer Blade. The Max-Q is a bit weaker than the standard 1070, but since I travel a lot for work, the compact size more than makes up for it. My primary use cases are game development, web development, and gaming, and this machine rocks it all. My only criticism is the lack of a metal body, but it seems fine so far.

It's a superb laptop, buttery smooth performance. Pros: Very Powerful, doesn't get too hot, 144hz display looks amazing, Windows precision trackpad works great! Cons: Will let you know if I find any
