I had been debating on a laptop for a while (razer blade stealth, macbook pro, acer predator) before deciding to go with the MSI GS65. In my opinion its definitely the best bang for the buck. The 1070 max q performed way better than I expected and I couldn't be happier.

Bought this as a work laptop after running into several issues with another brand in the same price range. The quality is apparent right out of the box. The speed and storage this laptop affords should keep me working well for some time. Very happy with the purchase.

Sold my macbook pro and gaming laptop to swap them for this. It is everything I wanted. It is powerful, fast, portable, and sleek. I've had very few issues with it thus far. Although, the trackpad is absolute garbage, (at least coming from a Mac), as well as the "Sleep" mode. I've had to change the setting when closing the lid to Hibernate, otherwise the laptop stays on (this is an issue when putting it in a laptop sleeve, as it leads it to get REALLY HOT).

I was on the fence about buying this laptop but the msi stealth thin is a beast. with the nvidia gforce 1070 it come out of the box screaming to play hd games. with no graphical lag and 144mgz display this is everything i was looking for in a gaming laptop and more.

When I first got this laptop, I was stoked. It has so many good features and was built by a manufacturer that I can trust. As long as I have used it I have only found a two issues. First, the track pad had issues with right-clicking and problems following my fingers location. Second, the keyboard is a bit difficult to get used to albeit this is sort of just a personal nit pick. With these issues in mind, I would still definitely recommend this product.

Well I'll start with, this is my first high end laptop purchase. Computer looks booshie as heck, especially considering this is a gaming laptop. Would be nice if the speakers were louder, but for sure the power and software is all there. Worth the 2 grand i'd say.

I need a laptop with high performance for all purpose (work, documentation, recreation...etc.) and I chose this one. Through two more months used I have no complain. It's really fast for everything that I was doing, even playing games which highly require hardware resource. The only thing I want to mention is you will hear very little "high-frequency" sound if you are in very quiet environment like midnight, but this is not an issue for me.

This is my first MSI product, and I am very pleased with the quick setup and fully functional features they packed into this small lightweight construction. I am always excited to turn it on and complete any of my daily tasks from work, school, and gameplay!

I was super excited for this laptop. The Razer Blade Stealth was my daily driver for a while, but I decided that I needed a laptop with a graphics card for the graphic design work that I do. So I sold it and splurged to get this laptop. The specs seemed unreal and the aesthetic change MSI made looked much better than before. So I bought it. The performance and the look of the laptop were top notch. The build quality was meh, but I figured I could deal with it. There was only one little issue -- the space bar was not working correctly! One side of the mechanism wasn't manufactured correctly. Also, the laptop would creak every time I placed my hands on it to type, which is slightly annoying and doesn't sound very nice. So -- I brought it back and exchanged for another one. The space bar now works, hooray! But alas, the left speaker is blown/vibrating at certain frequencies and the creaking is still there. I thought maybe I could deal with it. Guess what? Here I am, just about a week later from owning it, and the enter key decides to stop working when it wants to. Also, there are a couple black specs in the screen that I cannot get rid of. On top of that, after carrying this laptop in my backpack for the last week or so, I'm starting to notice some warping in the screen. I'm very frustrated with this laptop. I'm so happy using it, and I really want to enjoy it. Game performance is unreal and it's amazing for my design work. But the build quality of this laptop is seriously driving me away from it. I would have never considered a Macbook before, but this laptop has convinced me that build quality in a laptop is important and certainly a deal breaker for me. Even if I decided to exchange this laptop for a SECOND TIME, I'm afraid that I'm going to run into issues after a month or two months of owning it. I don't have any confidence in the reliability of this laptop. I'm surprised that others aren't running into these issues. I may have just had bad luck with these, but either way, I think this is unacceptable for a laptop that is $2000.

With the right settings I can get over 200 FPS on fortnite. With epic settings easily get over 100 FPS. Laptop gets hot but in cooler booster mode it stays relatively cool without the fans being loud.

It has a great contrast and a really impressive 144 hertz panel!

I wanted a slim and fast gaming laptop and this laptop has been fantastic so far. It handles everything I play with perfectly without being to heavy or loud. The only small negative for me is that it is a fingerprint magnet, but that is not a big deal.

Great rig for performance gaming in a super slim, elegant body with a nice thin bezel screen. While I primarily use this for gaming, I love that it's sleek and elegant looking so I can use it in meetings or for daily tasks. Definitely a great buy!!

This is a well built laptop with fast processor, top line dedicated video card. It has almost everything you need whomever you are, a gamer, a programmer, etc.. It also took into account the weight, thickness. I will never regret to have it. Thanks.

I converted from my MBP to this and the difference is night and day, the main reason I converted is to use my oculus rift and it powers the oculus flawlessly even on integrated graphics without the NVidia graphics enabled. this laptop is a beast.

Really love the laptop design. Can play pretty much anything on this beast. I needed this laptop for work and needed the portability for traveling and this model couldnt have been more perfect than what I was looking for. Simply amazing.

As a student, I wanted the ability to carry my laptop around while also having the option of playing games/watching videos with ease. This is a well designed machine with plenty of power to get whatever you want done while staying mobile.

I was looking for a laptop was capable of handling both AutoCAD and Solidworks without breaking a sweat, and this is it. Graphics are phenomenal and there is no lag at all while processing heavy 3D files. I am super happy with this purchase!

Hi, I'm a future college student and i approve that this laptop is not only the best on the market in my opinion. It also has a very reasonable price. I'm not much of a writer so that's all i got to say about this beautiful piece of work.
