This gaming computer meets all my needs - play, school and creative work. It’s lightweight, easy to navigate, powerful. I needed a system that was portable and this is it.

super lightweight and packaging was good. Fans get a bit loud, but all laptops do. Nice build by msi. Im glad I bought this and not the Asus that was a little bit cheaper.

The first one I got was a dud. Fan 2 (for the GPU) was making a tick tick tick sound every time it's spinning. The laptop was not put together properly- it creaks so bad to the point that if I press on the sides it will making a cracking sound. I replaced the laptop at Best Buy, and the new one I got did not have the problems I mentioned above. So buyers beware, and remember to replace it if you get a dud. However, if you get a good one it's a good laptop. A few things you might want to do: 1. undervolt the laptop. The laptop gets hot. Too hot for the CPU and will damage its lifespan. So undervolting it (check google) could help a lot. 2. Every time when my laptop is waking up from sleep, it would flash a blank blue screen from powering up (not BSOD). It's not a problem (so far, will update if it is), and the laptop functions fine otherwise. Still, it could just be a software problem particular to my device. A few annoyances (these are not major for me, but could be for you): 1. the laptop is a fingerprint magnet- your prints will be all over it, inside and out. 2. The charger outlet is located in the middle on the right side of the laptop- pretty annoying spot. 3. The hinges of the laptop (that connects the body to the screen) seems pretty fragile, as if it will break easily. Maybe it will break right after the warranty ends.

The MSI GS65 Stealth is a phenomenal laptop. It features an i7-8750H 16gb DDR4 2666 RAM and an RTX 2060. The creen is 144hz which is not listed on the site for some reason. It has a 512GB NVM SSD. Ive been able to play every game maced out at well above 60fps. Most of the games I play like CSGO, R6, Metro all run amazing. Siege pulls around 160FPS. IF you have the money to get this its the best choice. Cooling is great if you undervolt the CPU. I used throttlestop and lowered it by -125mV on the cache and core. Doesnt get about 82c while gaming. Happy with this purchase.

This is a very solid laptop in terms of performance, and is perfect for my needs. I don't do gaming, but both the processor and graphics card are perfect for heavy image/video processing software. The design of the laptop is very good. The keyboard is ok, the function key is on the right, which is unusual, but it actually works pretty well. I do not like the large touchpad at all. Maybe I need to get used to it, but I keep moving the cursor when I don't want to, even with the "no touchpad when typing" option enabled. Other than that, it's very pricy, but for good quality components. Maybe a little to small SSD though.

This computer's strenghts lie in its portability, and the power it has to run demanding games. The apps I have on my computer run smoothly, and I appreciate how compact it is.

Bought this for a lightweight but powerful gaming machine. Excellent design, weight and thickness, and great stats.

I purchased this laptop knowing that it was powerful and could give me the numbers I wanted. It performs even better than I had imagined. This laptop is perfect for someone who wants to get work done as well as play some games now and then.. The laptop is more than capable of playing games. The screen is beautiful and the bezels are extremely thin. This is by far the best laptop I have ever owned.

Bought this laptop as a replacement for my desktop and so far have been incredibly impressed. Fan's can get a little loud but the cooling is top notch. Aesthetically the laptop looks great and the lighted keyboard is incredibly easy to use and personalize. Gaming wise it has run everything i can throw at it at high to ultra with not frame drops. 10/10 would recommend.

I spent a lot of time looking between this laptop, the Razer Blade 15" Advanced, and the Alienware m15. Ultimately, my in-store experience concluded that the keyboard on the MSI GS-65 Stealth was better than the Razer's and I just couldn't live with the big, glossy bezels on the Alienware. Otherwise, the GS-65 is well built - much sturdier than the 2018 version. It has all the speed you would expect from a laptop in this price class and many of the features that you would generally consider "extras" (like per-key RGB). The touch pad is very responsive, and the display is great for a gaming laptop. I've found the battery life to be very good. Using it for normal browsing-type activities, I think I'm probably going to hit about 6 hours or more. One last thing to mention - when I'm just doing browsing-type activities, this laptop is silent. I can feel a slight breeze coming off the fans, but at normal bent-arm length I can't hear it in my house. This was really important to me since most of my laptop use tends to occur while I'm watching TV with the family.

Honestly i was between this one and the razer blade 15. ultimately im very happy with my choice. the panel is very nice and bright with 144hz. even when running new games on ultra it doesnt get very hot and havent had any performance issues. beyond happy with this purchase its easily the best bang for your buck gaming laptop at its price

Got it as a gift. It's really fast. Turning it on is considerably faster than the average. Video resolution is great and full hd just performed amazing. Multifunctional product, You can do gaming, coding, editing videos, designing and/or just watching movies. Weight: lightweight for the strong hardware it contains!

Picked this up when it was on sale and I can say that this laptop is a beast. I've been using it for a little over a week and now and I am in love. The screen is gorgeous, the OS is blazing fast, and the gaming is seamless. If you're in the market for a great gaming laptop, look no further!

The MSI GS65 is by far the best high end laptop you can get on the market as of now! The great quality and outstanding performance will leave you breathless. The computer is perfect for everything you need from work to gaming. There is not a challenge that the MSI GS65 cannot overcome.

Bought my GS65 Stealth 2 weeks ago. I have been using it daily (work, gaming, movies) everyday. It works realy well and well balanced. Although the fan make a bit of noise when playing game, it's very understandable for such a thin laptop. I'm liking it so far.
