When looking for a gaming device, it is easy to get lost in all of the technical terms etc. That is not the case with this laptop. While I still recommend going into a store to talk with an employee to figure out what is right for you, you can't go wrong with this model from MSI. The performance is just what you need to run most games at a decent setting. However, the laptop isn't just powerful, it looks good too. The gold trim really sets it off and gives it a luxurious feel. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

I bought this for 500 off on a early black friday special which makes it 1000 less than my razer with comparable specs but less ram and a 7th gen processor. I couldn't be happier. It looks great in my office at work, and has more than enough power for every game I've thrown at it. The only regret I have is not buying this in the first place.

Coming from my 5 year old Dell XPS 13, this upgrade was well worth the money. Sleek, fast, and able to handle any program (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, Blender) or game (MH:World, FFXIV, League, Path of Exile) I throw at it. Was debating between this or the Acer Helios series but the aesthetic and portability of this laptop won me over. Great product, would recommend.

bought it in 2019 and sold it because I wanted to get a desktop instead in 2023, the best laptop I have ever owned, works great for gaming and casual/business/school. never failed me on performance, one of the best keyboard layouts for typing, and the screen is amazing.

I bought this laptop for college/some gaming (i7, 16GB, 2060 model). Performance has been very good, though it does heat up a bit and throttle slightly under heavier loads. Considering the slim form factor, this doesn't bother me much. The build quality is very good (so far...) and the decklid flex has been fixed in this iteration. Only concern is the top lid, which can feel a bit flimsy for the price. Overall a great laptop however, with only a few complaints given the price that I got it at.

Great laptop, still going strong after 5 years. Slight heating issue

I consider myself a mid level gamer and this computer exceeds my expectations. Its fast for the games I play and looks great. My only negative comment would be fan noise but that comes I believe with CPU usage. Good Laptop and I would recommend it.

I just bought this laptop and happy with it. I needed one with advanced GPU and powerful processors for simulation, ML and light weight at the same time. I stopped at it and it is amazing. Design is also sleek and classy. It is a must recommended product.

I have had this computer since the middle of 2019 and it's been almost 3 years with this laptop and I see no reason to upgrade. The computer still performs amazingly, running any application and game without any issues.

I like this laptop. It is fast and has many different features that I have yet to learn. I am able to do so much with this laptop. I can rely on this laptop to run my software. I can also finally play PC games for once.

This was a great first laptop! Right away you notice how light and thin it is especially for a gaming laptop. Audio is better than expected especially after reading other reviews. Did a lot of research and I believe I made the right choice.

It heats really bad. It makes it get slower because of that reason.

I purchased my msi laptop about a month ago, and I absolutely love it. I found this model highly recommended on Reddit, and I wanted to see what the fuss was about. I stream my games, and I needed a machine that could be my webcam/microphone/gaming console/drink dispenser. I also needed it to be under $2,000. And, thanks to Covid-19, I also needed a machine that could be used for my daughter's distant learning schoolwork. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase.

I've had this laptop for about a week so far and it is great. Pros: 240Hz display RTX 2060 Intel Hexacore i7 SSD Cons: The SSD is nice but it is small, If you play a lot of games I would recommend also purchasing a second SSD for the laptop. From factory it comes with 2 SSD slots, one is empty. Shortly I will be adding a second 1TB SSD to the laptop because the 512GB factory one got filled up quick!

If you're looking for a device for both gaming and work, this is your laptop. I've had it for a while and I'm very happy with it.

It's a really good computer, with great specs. I use it for gaming and designing and for both it's more than enough.

I've had a couple of issues with this laptop: 1. Dead pixels on the screen after 1 months use. 2. The assembly of the plastics is very poor. A lot of cracking between plastics (hinges and cover under the screen). 3. Battery lasts but on the lowest screen brightness and CPU capacity, even on medium performance you better have the battery charger near by.
