Fantastic computer laptop for gaming, and also not bulky. I used this computer for both gaming and for the classroom in college, and it worked perfectly.

I got this laptop for college engineering classes and immediately after opening the box, it was fast, easy to use and very helpful in setting everything up.

Great barebones system at this price. I like that it has integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, type-C port, USB super charger and a front HDMI port. Till now it has been quite silent but I have really not put it under a lot of work load so can't comment on the noise levels under load. Cable management is not that good and accessing the CPU and RAM slots require a bit of work and precision. The lighting on the system looks good and you can customize it using the Mystic Light app. Overall a pretty solid case. Will update the review as I start using it extensively.

As a student I am frequently doing a lot of multitasking, meaning that I can have anywhere between 5 to 30 tabs open at a time as well as Word, Adobe, and Spotify. My boyfriend suggested this gaming computer because it can handle a lot of applications at once and not freeze or shut down randomly. So far it has worked wonderfully and been able to handle having a lot of things running. It also runs fantastic with the Oculus Rift that we got along the same time. This is something that I should have invested into sooner.

The Msi gs63vr is a great gaming laptop. The build quality and performance and build quality are top knotch. My only complaint is the battery life.

The computer is great with everything but the battery, at max it can last about 3 hours with brightness all the way up and the keyboard lights on.

I was eyeballing the razer blade until I found this with the same specs and much less. Definitely a solid pickup.

Just got it and I am surprised how fast it works. Got it up and running with no problem.

I'll be blunt. I'm no computer expert. I bought this for school and I needed it to run engineering modeling and calculating programs and this completely blew my expectations out of the water. It feels very durable and if it breaks within 4 years of school it'll definitly be my fault and not the computers. But hey what are warantees for anyhow? Again all in all its a good laptop and thats really all I can say about it.

The GS63VR is small and compact. Discrete for quick gaming sessions on the go.

I picked this computer up for as my Major is Architecture so I need the power to run programs as well as leisure time. This laptop is amazing. The games run smoother and I played Battlefield on Ultra settings without any issues whatsoever. It however can get very loud but with headphones is not noticeable. I keep it plugged in most of the time so the battery is no problem for myself.

This computer laptop is worth your money and it can play your favorite games.

Great gaming laptop, love the MSI brand! Absolutely the best!!

Good overall laptop, has done its job and more so for a good 4 years now. Keyboard rgb lights are not impressive is my only complaint. Its survived less than perfect care these 4 years but I'm just now taking it in for its first repair for a broken hinge.

This computer will last you for a while, it has so much to offer. The graphics are fast, you can change the color of the keyboard, take videos of your gameplay, the audio quality is amazing, it goes loud, and has awesome clarity. This is the perfect laptop for any gamer. It is reasonably priced and the best deal for a gaming laptop.

TBH, I've had no other problems with this laptop other than the keyboard and track pad. The space bar has issues on many of MSI's laptops. If you do not hit it at the exact two spaces where the lines are, your space will not be registered. For those of us who are fast typers, you'll fine that your e-mails and letters are littered with words being thrown together because of the error. Also, the mouse pad is super annoying. There are time when a "right-click" does not register and you have to forcefully get it to do what you want. I'm not a gamer so these issues do not affect any game play but I can only imagine how angry most people would be if it affected their game play. Otherwise, it's a great laptop. However, I can't recommend it based on my frustrations that grow since my purchase in April. Other MSI laptops have the exact same problem because they are installed with the exact same keyboard. Do a search to see which models are affected.

I got my laptop a few weeks ago. It is a great workstation with the latest components. The drive options and core are great. I got this laptop for mainly audio mixing and I feel like it is powerful enough to get the job done. the inner components are a bit hard to get at but overall a great computer.
