I "upgraded" to this laptop to replace a laptop that wouldn't turn on. Shortly after I bought it and was using it, it would run hot and overheat. I reached out to MSI within 4 months of purchase and they said they do tend to run hot. They told me to download MSI Afterburner to look at the temps. CPU temps would run in the 90s and then the laptop just turns off with minimal load on the laptop. MSI refused to do anything with it. Here I sit with a laptop I can barely use.

This laptop has been an amazing upgrade for me!! After my last laptop died I was looking for something that would allow me to play something like D2/Overwatch and stream at the same time, and this box completes the task no problem!

The MSI GS66 is an amazing laptop no matter what kind of specifications you get. The screen is one of the best screens I've ever used. Playing games at 240hz on an IPS screen is a game changer. Highly recommend buying an MSI GS66

Glad I got this computer, it was exactly what I expected. All positives from my end, everything seems to be working great. Two cons that I am just adjusting to at this time is the touchpad is very wide! Getting used to the new click format. Secondly, the fan is loud, but from what I have read, that is standard on most gaming laptops!

This is a very nice gaming laptop for the price point. Although, the fans are extremely loud (much louder than a few others I've seen) it still works well overall.

I did a lot of shopping around looking at Lenovo and Acer laptops but i decided to get this laptop. The screen is amazing and the OS runs smooth and gaming on it is amazing. Lastly, the keyboard is great to type on.

I bought this to use it as a go-to laptop for school, business, and games on occasion with friends. Loading programs like Google Chrome, Discord, and, especially important to me, Anki, takes a fraction of a second. Download speeds are crazy fast, which I very much appreciate since I'm moving up from a crazy old DELL tower which just isn't as fast as it used to be in the early 2000s. This is a great laptop for a college student that wants something discrete to take to class and will be able to do whatever school work they want very very quickly. And then, on their downtime, they don't have to worry about their laptop not being able to handle playing games with friends. Great buy!

It is light years over my old laptop. I like the keyboard layout and the rgb. The sound is amazing. I'm not a heavy gamer , but when I do play I want something fast and this laptop does .

This laptop packs all you would ever need for high performance with gaming and just doing normal stuff into a sleek, low profile design at a great price point. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything about this computer is exciting! I don’t play games for what I do it’s flawless when rendering drawings!! Recommend for anyone using computed aided drafting software!

I got this laptop for both school and for gaming. It works really great and everything runs super smoothly. I recommend it for any person whos looking for a good gaming laptop.

Well designed laptop, really solid and does not feel cheap. Exchanged the razer blade 15 for this and i’d say a great decision.

I was looking for a computer for school that also had excellent gaming capabilities. In the end it came down to this model and the Razer 15. This model proved to be much more sturdy, reliable, and fun to use than a Razer 15. The fans on the computer are nearly silent and work well to keep the temperature down. Battery life is a little low on this computer, especially when playing a game so it's best to be somewhere you can plug it in if you decide to do so. The computer has a fast refresh rate and a great display. It is a great computer for those looking for a computer for school that also has great gaming capabilities.

I just received my MSI - GS66 Gaming Laptop, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed so far. Processing speeds are solid. The fans are "loud" but not more than I'd expect for a system this powerful. Construction appears sturdy, the case is metal (which was unexpected and I'm unsure if that will mean less long-term heat issues or more?). But is still lightweight and durable. System doesn't come with a lot of excessive bloatware which I appreciate, and was rip roarin' and ready to go out of the box. Overall, I'm impressed. Ask me again in a few months. But right now the combo of price and performance can't be beat!

This is a great product, I highly recommend it. The only thing that gets annoying is that it is a fingerprint magnet. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought this a little over two months ago and this is an excellent computer for both school work and playing games on. I was looking into the market of buying a laptop and was torn between this and an alienware. For the price, you're getting some high end specs including an RTX 2070 Max-Q. I also appreciate the minimalist design of this laptop, it doesn't screen "Gaming" but I guess that's what it means to be a Stealth. I have to clean it often because the matte black is a fingerprint magnet. Overall, very happy with this purchase and look forward to many long hours of gaming.

Just want to say I am stunned every look at this laptop. From the sleek exterior to crisp clear display she's a beauty. Truly grateful to own something this nice.

This is my first computer. And I am in love. This laptop can do everything for streaming youtube to high end video editing. The MSI GS66 Stealth can do it all

Build quality and specs for a relatively affordable laptop (compared to other brands), I don't regret this purchase and this laptop will last me a long time.

I really enjoy this computer, especially since I am an animation major! It checks all of the boxes of need in my department. Would highly reccomend.
