Worst
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst laptop ever. Whatever games I play, as long as I forgot to turn on the fan in maximum mode, it automatically shuts down. Only after less than 1 year of use. Fan noise is crazy.

Don't buy this laptop

I purchased it in late February 2021, it's fans are loud as hell when gaming, now in April, it is shutting down when I am playing games. I contacted MSI and their support is ridiculous. I followed their advice and it still randomly crashes while playing games. Hopefully bestbuy support is better.

I tried everything including reinstalling the drivers with no luck. This laptop can barely run any games with the exception of Minecraft and other low end games. I've had Chrome lag with as little as 2-4 tabs open. I also am seeing programs crash left and right..the laptop can't even run FL Studio without severe lag and crashing multiple times. At least I get 1TB storage?

Disappointed very loud fan

I like the specifications and its overall performance is better than my old PC. However it has one severe drawback. the fan motor to keep the unit cool is very loud. its so loud you can not play listen to music with out hearing the fan. my dishwasher is more quiet than this laptop. very disappointing. the high pitched hum of the fan gives me a headache.
