Good board, if you're planning to pair with a 7800x3d chip you will need to bios update as it will not work right out of the box. Also as prone to slow boot times unless enabling memory context restore in bios otherwise ram training will run every time you reboot your system.

I like the EZ Debug lights on the MSI boards and the number of USB ports. I got this for my gaming/sim racing build and added a Ryzen 9 and 4080 Super.

The msi b650 tomahawk is affordable and a great choice. I recommend this over the top dollar motherboards.

Purchased for my wife’s rig. Can handle all the pink glowy lights that illuminate her gorgeous face. It brings me happiness.

The bios settings are great, updating on a new build is super easy. After trying the gigabyte x670-E, i switched to this for my 7800x3d/7900xtx build and couldn’t have been happier

After having a lot of trouble with a gigabyte x670 elite AX Wi-Fi, I decided to go ahead and buy this motherboard and it booted up like a dream. I did not have to flash bios clear CMOs. None of that. Put it all together and it booted up just like it was supposed to.

So far this has been the best motherboard i have installed. I have no complaints and everything run smoothly.

Had trouble with the first one due to Ram issues running at 6000mhz. The bios kept going back to 4800 MHz with the xmp profile on. Might be the ram, might be the mobo.

Good motherboard with quality parts. Many USB ports, and the M.2 SSD latch makes installing and SSD super easy. Sturdy PCIE latch as well.

It's a shame the motherboard market is in such a dire state. If prices weren't what they are, I'd have bought something better. This board does what I need it to do, it's got plentiful M.2 storage capacity, and it's a nice, sleek uniform black color that looks very good in my white build. However, the boot time is absolutely dreadful. It's 2024 and my OS is on an NVME M.2, but still takes well over 30 seconds to boot, maybe even more like 45 seconds to a minute. I had better speeds on my 2015 build on first gen SSDs. I'm kind of in shock at how slow it is to get booted.

Had to buy without doing much research because i was in a hurry, but it has been genuinely impressive! The heatsinks are sizable but don't get in the way like many other MBs. The build quality and attention to detail on the surface is well done. The CPU cover didn't explode into my eyes like me last Asus motherboard. And the color scheme, while simple, is very nice looking and easy to match to new components.
