Bad customer support

Went to the store and they said they cannot and would not pull up my info for the account notes Get the 360mm version for better cooling

Loud and doesn't cool very well

On an 11700k it doesn't cool that well, temps frequently in the 80's. I don't think there's really any software to control it. I have the MSI Center (replaced Dragon Center I think) installed, and the cooling options feature only has the ability to set performance or quiet cooling, and displays CPU temperature. That's pretty much it. Doesn't say anything about this cooler. Lighting options are similar. I've had Corsair ones before and they provided info like coolant temp and pump rate and stuff iirc, and had a nifty menu for setting RGB.

Don’t buy this

I can RMA but it seems to be a common issue with this product so that one will probably fail as well. This is the last time I buy an MSI product.

Must be bad build quality

Great Budget Cooler

A friend of mine also had one in his pc and it died after a year. Go ahead and do yourself a favor and spend the money and get a nicer cooler.

Avoid MSI and try for a different brand. Temps are at 90C heavy load and 55 C at idle

REGRET I BOUHGT THIS

HORRIBLE DO NOT BUY
