A: Yes, it does! Its a tiny syringe but more than enough to do the job.

Q: is it compatible with i7 10700k lga 1200 ??
A: The correct answer is yes, it works fine with the LGA 1200 chips since they share the same mounting design LGA 1151. Please see the updated compatibility list from the manufacture below. A: The AM3 and AM4 mounting bracket is the same. You use the original AM3 AM4 mounting bracket that comes with the motherboard, there are two clips with threads that go on the mounting bracket, and then a ring adapter that has two raised wings that allow for you to screw down the cooler.
Q: Is this compatible with Gigabyte z390 Gaming X?
A: Little late to this, but the Z390 x doesn't have a 3 pin, 5v argb header, so you won't be able to use the rgb without a converter.
Q: I've got an Intel i9 10850k is this the right cooler or should I go with the bigger 3 fan
A: If you plan to stress the system over large periods of times, we would advise moving to a 360mm length radiator.
A: Yes it comes with different mounting brackets and on the brackets there is different holes for different sizes you just have to find the right one that fits and line up the screws
