piece of junk. Started making noises less than a year after being used. The model has a recall but MSI wont accept my unit as part of the recall and expects me to pay the shipping fees to send it for a repair despite it having all the issues the recall units have. Avoid MSI at all cost. They got a shady customer service website that took me 2 days to reach a page that doesnt end in 404 and then the CS reps respond once every 15 minutes and do not offer any solutions.

Purchased in November of 2021 not even one year later it no longer works. Pump started making grinding noises

It's just bad. Mine gave out after 6 months. Tried getting a replacement on msi makes good products but their AIO cooler isn't very good. Lasted for about 7 months got a corsair instead. I noticed after my cpu was thermal throttling allot. Now granted it was a i9900k but I underclocked it just to see if this thing could handle it. Did fine for the first 7 months. I don't know if it has been fixed addressed in their new AIO coolers. MSI makes pretty decent products this was just not a good one.

After just one year, this unit stop cooling, where as this has five years of warranty. To fix the issue, I have pay the shipping charge, NOT fair!

STAY AWAY! There is a recall in for a "small batch" of these AIOs on MSI's official website regarding sediment build up in the AIO. I bought two of these and both died in less than a year. My Ryzen 9 3900x was idling at 90 °C, I immediately cleaned and applied thermal paste and ensured everything was connected and running. MSI isn't correctly marking all the bad batches so you will need to argue with them on a ticket to get your issue resolved.

The pump dies out after a several months of use. Rgd lighting also doesn't work.

My liquid coolers just went out. my computer temp jumped up to 96 degress out of nowhere. I shut off my pc but It never was blowing out hot air so I had my boyfriend look at it and well It was the coolers. So we put the stock cooler back in and it was running back to normal temp at 40 degrees. I literally had this cooler for less than a year and its no longer doing its job. Theres goes my money down the drain lol.

Pump failed after 1 year, sent RMA request to MSI with no response

I bought this during the sale around mid-october, ran fine until around mid January, when my CPU temperature hit 102 degrees celsius. Unplugged and replugged the radiator and block, and it lasted me until a couple days ago, where my CPU hit hit 111 degrees celsius. When it works, it works great. However, it seems a lot of people have the exact same issue I do. Also makes an odd grinding noise although installed correctly twice.

The pump is very loud. Fans are the only thing nice about this.

Helped my friend build his computer with it, thought it was great since it was on sale. Worked fine for almost a year, them kept getting temperatures over 70 while in idle and as high as 90 trying any regular tasks. Swapped it out and seeing if they can replace this, but for some reason they don't have more units covered under the recall

I have had it for 4 months, it is now making a scraping sound. It is incredibly annoying. It was working fine at first, I checked to see if there was something stuck in it. However, it appears as though it is something internal. Very disappointed.

It’s ok I still think the NZXT is better. Btw did I mention my Subaru? It’s an 04 sti, 05 forester xt and a 97 gc8
