Pump quit working 4 months after buying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

it worked for about a year then it just died my cpu overheated to over 207 degrees

Don't get this. Rgb only works with certain motherboards unless you buy a controller seperately not sold at best buy. It was the only water cooler in stock, but I would take it back if I could. It says nothing on the box about what the rgb requires like "This requires a msi motherboard that has the 3 pin rainbow argb connector or controller sold seperately"

ONLY LASTED A LITTLE OVER A YEAR THEN BROKE..NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I've only owned/used this cooler since end of August and it no longer works It starts to make an obnoxious noise on pc startup and that's how you know it's done MSI is not very reliable

One of the included fans was bad when I purchased this. MSI wanted to RMA it and refused to just send me a single new fan. I had provided them with video and audio of the fan being bad. Best buy was great and let me return it so nothing bad on their side of this, just the manufacturer.

I got it a year ago and it’s horrible. At first when I got it, it worked perfectly, but a year later it’s not cooling good at all. I had to limit my cpu clock for it to even run good temps. Usually MSI is really good, but they messed up on this one. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Cools the same as an Air Cooler like the Evo 212 that's for 40 dollars.

This is the worst coolers I’ve ever owned. It lasted for three and a half months. Can’t return and no warranty left. It started making minor rattling noises. One day, my pc just shuts down. Turn it back on to find out my CPU had a temperature error. DO NOT BUY!

As others have said, this AIO is seemingly built to die. The chugging sounds eventually become unbearable and the temps start going too high for comfort with MSI dismissing any complaints. Would definitely use another AIO for the future.

Waited a couple months before I installed this. It only lasted 3 months before it started a clicking noise and my temps were close to hitting 100c. Even before it failed it didn’t cool too well. NZXT one has been working much better.

I had this cooler for 11 months and im getting 60-80c just on youtube alone! While i game i get 70-90c. I don’t recommend this product. Best to spend a little bit more $$ for a better cpu cooler.

After less than a years use, started seeing temps over 100c at idle. Replaced with oem air cooler. Msi used a defective coolant in these that causes sediment. Active recall, but msi hasnt responded to my recall request.

Less than a year later and CPU is idling at 90 degrees Celsius msi wants you to jump through hoops to get it fixed no thank you this will be the last msi product I spend my money on.

Purchased 2 of these. First one lasted about 6 months then started making a bad noise. Returned it and purchased another. Started running very hot about 6 months later. Then found out they are recalled.

Died on me after 7 months. I don't recommend to buy at all. There was a recall and I put my serial number in. They said my cooler was not eligible to get the new versions they made of this months ago.

Took a chance and it broke after a few months. Fans came loose and made a awfully loud rattling noise even after multiple attempts to clean, tighten and adjust the fans. Would not recommend.

It was good for 3 months, after that even watching youtube increases CPU temps reaching 80 degrees. I changed the thermal paste 2 times still the issue continues. Stay away from this product!!!.

This started making chattering noises, and I started to get "cpu overheating" messages. Seven months, and it's dead.

I bought this August 13 of 2021, i am writing this review because as of today it stopepd working. Didnt even last a year. Avoid
