Great AIO
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first AIO and it works and looks great. Paper instructions leave a lot to be desired, but otherwise the performance is there and I just love the look of this thing. Upgraded from a Cooler Master 212 Hyper RGB Black Edition and saw noticeable improvement. Easy recommendation.

Please Read This Review Before Purchasing
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Please read this review before you purchase the MSI Coreliquid 240r AIO CPU cooler. It is not a question of whether this product will fail, it is a question of when? The one I purchased failed in the first five months. If it is critical for your PC to be operational and you buy this product, you will need to also purchase a backup CPU cooler!!!! Fortunately, I had a backup AMD Wrath Prism air cooler to replace this poorly engineered piece of junk. As others have experienced, “it worked until it did not.” In my case, after four months the idle temperature just continued to rise to over 70 degrees Celsius. I am not bashing all AIO liquid coolers, but I am finished with them for now based on similar problems with the many of them. It is interesting that most major PC manufactures are not shipping their PC’s with AIO liquid coolers. Obviously, they do not want their product coming back through the door. Please let me ask a rhetorical question, “who the hell find it’s pleasurable to sit around and worry about when your AIO liquid cooler is going to fail”? The conventional air coolers are stable, durable, and a very safe bet for the consistent operation of your PC. I did read reviews before purchasing this product and was aware of too many failures in the first twelve months, but I took a chance on it anyway. I am convinced the positive reviews of this product were written in the first thirty days after installation. It is almost unforgivable that MSI would sell such a poorly engineered piece of garbage that could potentially destroy the CPU, motherboard and God knows what else! I dumped the MSI cooler in the garbage based on bad reviews of their RMA policy. Moreover, I would not trust putting another one in my system. I am only running the AMD 5600x, 65 watt CPU which is not known for running that hot to begin with, so go figure? Furthermore, I play mostly legacy games that really do not tax the CPU too much. Again, and most importantly, if you are running one of these AIO CPU liquid coolers, you better have a backup CPU air cooler when it fails!!!

Pump failed

Terrible Quality Testing, Very Good RMA Process
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the OG version that was recalled due to a sediment buildup. This lasted around 3 months before failing and a brand new pc ended up being purchased due to the issue. Very upsetting to spend over $100 and lost time spent trying to solve overheating issues. Also pushed me towards upgrading at a terrible time for it. I will say ill never buy another MSI product, but I was very impressed with the RMA process where they shipped me a brand new replacement of a new v2 and I shipped back the faulty unit all within around 3 days.

Good cooler, bit louder than I would prefer.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good cooler system, has enough capacity for my processor (Intel I7 9700KF) keeps it in the acceptable temperature range even under load. Would like it if there was a bit more sound isolation for the fans mounting to the radiator.

Pump Failed 6 Months in
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always heard the negative comments around MSI products, and have mostly ignored them. To date I have purchased a number of MSI products, motherboards, graphics cards, etc. None have failed until I purchase this AIO. After only six months of use cooling a core I7 11700 the processor temps started shooting through the roof and the pump started making grinding sounds. Swapped on an old air cooler and the temps settle in at normal. In the future I will have to stick to corsair or fractal designs for AIO's. This one goes in the bin.

Skip it, get the Corsair or the NZXT
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll start this with i've built tons of computers over the years and have used tons of AIO's. This AIO, while innovative with its pump design has proved not useful in a MicroATX form factor case. I've got this CPU cooler in my Corsair 280x and was really impressed with it as this is MSI's first step into water cooling. I have a 1080ti from MSI and figured the two logos together would look well. CPU cooler performed great for its first couple of months. Now 3 months into it and the pump is intermittently failing causing my CPU temps to spike occasionally. I've never had an AIO CPU cooler fail on me. This is the first, and within a fairly short time span and right after the return period. Skip this and go with name brands. Not happy with the wasted $100 on this.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I buy this item and recommend to all pc user with a performance pc, i check the temp of CPU and idle like 37 to 70 on ultra settings 165 fps is not to bad for now... just in my case is not a bad option if you wanna have a silent cooling system for gaming.

Very good looking rgb
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very handsome AIO that works perfectly in my all MSI system. It was so easy to install. The fact that the pump is in the radiator rather than above the CPU makes specific positioning of the radiator irrelevant now. Put it anywhere you can fit it.
