Worked really well! .... For six months. Then it died and my CPU started getting so hot that my PC would shut off. Checked my temps and was idling at 60-70, then while gaming or even if Chrome was open it would shoot up to 80-90+. All within 6 months. Do not buy. Go for Corsair. Ended up buying a corsair today and just installed it. Checked my temps and they're great, showing that the msi cooler was at fault and not my cpu. Spend the extra money for the corsair or you'll end up needing to buy both like me.

Very easy install, and the pump being in the radiator is really nice to avoid any issues with air pockets and location of tubes impacting the effectiveness of the cooler. RGB works well and has an extension which makes it easy to connect multiple together!

Great AIO so far! Currently have it cooling a Ryzen 5600x and it stays round 45C idle and 65C under load in a Cooler Master NR200P. Having the bonus of the pump being in the radiator, it allows this AIO to be mounted with the cpu block higher.

This cooler is good but I would opt for the traditional pump style next time I buy, while you can mount this any way due to the pump being in the radiator, you kinda really can't, mine started gurgling a few months in, gonna replace it soon.

Running a 19-10900k with a z490-e mobo, rtx 3070, 4 16gb Corsair ddr4 3600, 850 psu and this 240r cpu cooler is keeping my temps in the high 60’s low 70’s. I highly recommend this product. Once I change cases I’ll probably switch to the 360r aio.

Works very well cooling my 105w processor, did require some hardware that was included with my motherboard, so I am very glad I kept that. Somewhat easy to install, instructions aren’t perfect but they’re good enough.

Easy install, keeps CPU cool. However, the lighting program from MSI almost never works. Took months to fix it and still never works.

This cooler is awesome it was easy to install and the lighting was relatively simple to sync with my case which is a Montech Air X. This cooler really keeps my CPU running under 20 degrees which is great at high capacity.

Worked for the first few months but the performance gave out and my cpu started to rise again at dangerous temps (90-100). It also made a lot of noise given the fact that the pump is located inside the radiator and I had it top mounted in my pc- like a percolating/bubbling effect. Id recommend going for an AIO with the pump in the cold plate

This will be the first and last time I buy an MSI AIO cooler. I like some of MSI's products but this thing was just awful. Didn't last three months and can't keep idle temps below 75 degrees Celsius. Granted the Ryzen 5800x has a reputation for being a hot running processor but no matter what I did to improve thermals from undervolting, reapplying new and better thermal paste, repositioning the radiator, changing fans around for better airflow, even replacing the case. Nothing worked. The common denominator was the AIO. Went back to the old AMD Wraith Prism cooler that came with an older processor I had and now idle temps are in the 30 degree range. I took a gamble with this one. Perhaps with processors that don't generate so much heat would fair better. My son's PC has a Ryzen 3600 in it but I don't hold out much hope. Who knows, maybe if I can RMA this thing It will go in my home lab server as the processor in that thing doesn't get too hot. I'd stay away if you're serious about performance for gaming or any serious media creation work. Honestly for the price I'd just steer clear of it period. Not worth it...now off to fill out an RMA form.

I only gave 3 stars because you had most of the parts we needed in stock. You lost 2 stars because of the salesperson , I believe his name is Chase.... He told my son he couldn’t look at a box with a motherboard in it , because it wasn’t sealed???? Like he might put it in his pocket and walk out !!? While chase was standing there !! Really !!! Then he had someone else cash us out !! I guess he had to leave ?? It just seemed like we were bothering him ! Too bad , I’ve never been treated like this at the Best Buy in Bee Cave.

The CPU cooler is durable and easy to install. The wiring between the radiator and the cooler is a big thick and not very flexible so that is something to consider when doing a build.
