screen was not visually sharp, froze at 72% on start-up and then nothing on day 2. Nice looking but the keys feel cheap and overly soft. Case seems loose and comparing it to a cheaper Dell is not a fair comparison.

This my third laptop in six years and by far the best I’ve ever had. This is my first MSI purchase and I’m very pleased. The sleek aluminum design is nice and has a fast operating system.

Nice laptop from MSI. Its lightweight and easy to use. Lots of ports and good battery life. Screen is nice for watching movies and video clips. Trackpad is small but works well. Overall GOOD.

This is a good machine for the price. Purchased it for one of our sales folks for demo's. Convenient for travel also.

I liked the laptop, it was clean, fast and once I got it setup it worked okay but omg it was so hard to install all the updates it took me 4 hour!!! To update everything, bloat ware is heavy on MSI, and unfortunately it wouldn’t run Mixed Reality and althohhht you can bypass the system requirements, the integrated graphics didn’t cut it. I don’t really know what this laptop is really useful for. Given the price, specs and overall look and functionality it is just an average computer that isn’t great for anything but also isn’t terrible in any way or google

Laptop was an excellent purchase, easy to set-up and ease of use. Definitely recommend it unless you are wanting to game with it.

Excellent laptop for school work and editing images. Great sound and quality of screen as well. Processor can handle a somewhat decent load for the price.

Very nice, easy set up. The machine feels solid and well built. It boots up quickly and has no lag when playing my games.

It was an amazing laptop but not what I was looking for ultimately. I went with the apple MacBook instead since I’m an iPhone user.

So far works as expected...originally went out and bought a MacBook Air...the money spent on this for less was deffinately worth it.
