Don't particularly like this laptop. Don't care for key feel and no number pad. MSI website doesn't function properly and not very user friendly.

Performance is not as I expected and weight is not comfortable to carry around business meetings.

Although this product is fast, the keys are suspect. They come off too easily. The styling is not like a typical MSI.

I actually returned this product since I did not need a gaming laptop. I am sure it was a good product.

I was drawn to this laptop because of its price and the good ratings it has. Within months after purchasing, the mousepad stopped working (literally started working again a few months ago), the laptop became so laggy it’s really unbearable, difficult to find the updates it need, would glitch when i would type, and the battery dies quickly even when it’s on battery saver, so you HAVE to keep it on the charger which is not ideal if you aren’t by an outlet. Also the display doesn’t get that bright which really sucks. I only bought this laptop because I needed it for uni and I couldn’t afford to return in time because I had assignments to do. Im convinced almost all the good ratings on this laptop is FAKE. Save your money and get a laptop from a good brand even if it cost a few extra hundred of dollars.

This computer LOOKS like it's an awesome quality computer, but I got a dud. The computer gave me an error message every time I tried to change the language from Chinese to English....which you have to do as soon as you turn it on, so I never got to use it.

Performance was okay but the build quality was poor. I ended up returning it.

TAKE THIS REVIEW WITH A GRAIN OF SALT: So, by looks, this laptop is great, and it is listed at a fair price. I just received mine today, and everything is nice... but there is one thing that soils the entire experience... The keyboard: the "T" key is like sticky or something - it honestly sucks. It's so irritating to use. If you're someone who types a lot, you'd be frustrated as well. I'm sure it's just a fluke, so don't be afraid to try this laptop out, but make sure to test the keyboard thoroughly. If you notice any discrepancies, I'd suggest returning it. I'm not generally picky. I understand that not every laptop is perfect-some are going to have issues, but when I'm buying a brand new laptop, it should have a consistent keyboard. I will be returning this.

I hate this laptop. Even at it's brightest setting the screen seems dull. It's an awkward shape, when I pick up the computer from the side I heard the plastic crackling. Whenever the laptop goes to sleep or sits idle it disconnects from the internet. When it starts up it takes forever to connect to the internet. It's not my wifi because I have good wifi and my other electronics stay connected. Overall I don't know why I spent so much money on this laptop. I could've gotten something else of better quality.

No tech help from BB to get started. No written help from mfr to get started Still battling Windows-10. This ain't the Windows-7 I was used to. That was much more intuitive.
