Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my son, and the aptio settings keeps appearing which does not allow him to do anything at all on this pc, I try to take it back 17 days later but Best Buy only allow 15 days for a return, however I scheduled a appointment with geek squad at Best Buy, bu the guy could bot find anything wrong with it, 1st and last time shopping at Best Buy, waste of money

Terrible servuce

Had to get it shipped to me. And I was out of town for a funeral when it came. When I got home and tried to return it and explain to the manager of the local store the situation he was was beyond rude and told me basically too bad. It was last the 15 days and I was stuck with it.

Do not buy.

The store gave me a generic charger as a replacement, which won't even keep it charged. I remember hearing a Best Buy employee even say these computers don't even work a lot of times.

Fantastic gaming-quality laptop at a budget price.

Boots in a snap. Quick and responsive. Nice backlit keyboard. So slim and sleek. Beautiful metal finish. Speakers are under the laptop. They sound tinny but few laptops have great speakers anyway. Didn't buy it for the sound. Someone else mentioned fingerprints. They do seem to stick to the finish. Got it for just under $500 and worth every penny.

Today I picked it up and a screw fell out of it and the back has come off. That is not a good product. I would not purchase this again.
