Good value in a modern package

She wanted a bigger screen. I'm familiar with MSI and this even has "Modern" in the name. Price was right, and the setup was quite easy. Keyboard backlighting has good visibility. The keys are adequate for a laptop, stroke is short for touch typists, but the action is respectable. The laptop speed as all we could ask for at this price, and 8 GB memory has proven to be adequate.

Only issue I have with the laptop is the volume & the pad serving as a mouse. Volume is muffled by the device in a surface or lap. While the pad can sometimes be unresponsive or delayed. Although minor inconveniences, it's tolerable.
