And it’s still going very strong! My kiddo uses it daily(school but more so basic gaming sims, Roblox) and it’s held up. Still holds a good charge(about a day and half) I do think part of this can also be attributed to using a small cooling fan. Screen resolution is great and the metal is a nice touch. Very satisfied!

Received on time. Minimal bloatwear. Thin and stylish. Quick and responsive. Excellent backlit keyboard. Easy to upgrade RAM. I have had HP, Dell, ASUS, Acer and Gateway in the past. Yes, I even had an e-machine! Hands down, this is my favorite!

Boyfriend absolutely loved it! I loved it too! Should’ve bought it for me instead lol but got it for his bday since he is going back to school! The reason why I got it was because of the price! Such a low price for such an awesome product! I looked at the reviews before I purchased so if you are ready this right now, you need to just buy it now!! U won’t regret it!!

This is a great laptop for me! I am a student who often loads several large Excel workbooks at one time, and this laptop has yet to slow down even when these workbooks are open. I think it is an all around great deal, however, if you are looking for sound quality this may not be the laptop for you. This is the only reason I docked it a star, but otherwise it is an incredibly practical buy!

Awesome laptop meets all my expectations with plenty of storage.

It’s fast, easy, great for school and watching Netflix or hulu.

Working good! Lite to carry. Got good speed though running most Softwares.

Responsive backlit keyboard, nicely spaced, slightly larger keys possible without the numerical keypad I didn't need. SSD boots up fast. Used for basic internet and light gaming and with a second open RAM slot I can easily upgrade. Great value in a crowded mid-priced market.

Meet my expectations and super fast, sleek and very clearz

This is my first MSI laptop. MSI are good laptops, I like it made from Taiwan. I did upgrade to 2 NVME 1TB each and boost to 32 GB memory. Very fast. the only downsize is the MSI website have no drivers for this model. Also, I cannot connect to multi monitors thru thunderbolt. Hope MSI able to get their website update to support this model, this is the reason I given a 4 stars.

This is an honest opinion. But surprisingly this laptop came “okay” The last item I ordered was a used but in fairly good condition 2 in 1 computer and within the first week it would freeze up and that made me lose trust with Best Buy. But this order was pretty good cause it was new and not refurbished by geek squad....

Nice lil laptop. Only use it for stock trading during work hours. Windows Updates takes forever or doesn’t work at times. Have to power down and start the update process again. I have 1 gig fiber internet. So thats not the issue. As we speak, I’m 20 minutes in on new update now. My pc updates in seconds to a few minutes for same updates.

I priced computers and went to a few places to look for one. Best Buy had a lot to choose from with excellent sales people. I have gone back to Best Buy with my computer for them to show and explain a few things. They have been very helpful.

Great laptop for everyday activities for school and streaming videos. If you are going to add another stick of DDR4 RAM, you will need an opening pry tool.

Very nice sleek, keyboard lights up, fast working. A little pricier then I expected but great laptop. Only thi g besides price I dodnt like is there is no numbers on the side of keyboard all on top .
